Today we are doing a full-body postpartum mat workout that is safe if you have prolapse (pelvic organ prolapse). We will exercise with the pressure off our pelvic floor and I also include pelvic floor exercises. If you do have a prolapse I highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist for individual recommendations.

Really appreciate your videos! I did so many during pregnancy and now am starting to do more postpartum. It’s taken my body longer to heal this time as I am older but your videos are gentle and give me confidence that I can get in shape again!

Hi Jess, thank you for all the pregnancy videos and I’m now have a little baby in my arm. I’m recovering very well but only wants to do some gentle exercise and stretches, will be saving those videos to do later. Is there any videos for early postpartum.

Hi Jess, so It's been 5 months after my son was born and I have a very huge tummy. What can I do because it's really becoming a burden for since all exercises have failed.

Hi Ophelia, I’m so sorry this is so stressful for you. Do you have Diastasis Recti? Have you tried a belly wrap/binder? You are doing the exercises, but are there movements (like heavy lifting/twisting) you are doing in your daily life that could be making it worse and “undoing” your hard work? Do you have access to a pelvic floor physical therapist? They are really incredible and would be able to access you individually. Sending you a big hug 💞
