In this 18 min hypopressives practise session we'll be doing some amazing poses to help you create lift through your pelvic floor, strengthen your whole body and keep those prolapse symptoms at bay. Take 18 mins for your pelvic floor and enjoy this lifting sequence of poses with me. This is an advanced sequence - you need to be confident in your hypopressives practise before trying this video.
