In this 18 min hypopressives practise session we'll be doing some amazing poses to help you create lift through your pelvic floor, strengthen your whole body and keep those prolapse symptoms at bay. Take 18 mins for your pelvic floor and enjoy this lifting sequence of poses with me. This is an advanced sequence - you need to be confident in your hypopressives practise before trying this video.

Hypopressives with Alice is all about getting great hypopressives teaching videos out to anyone who has already experienced benefits and wants or needs to do hypopressives for life, and for anyone who wants to find out more about this (little known, but) beautiful pelvic floor toning and whole body strengthening technique. I hope these videos help you with your practise, and if you've found your practise a bit boring lately, then I hope you fall in love with hypopressives again!

So glad you're enjoying the video! It's best to mix up the videos - so you have a combination of loaded (upright poses e.g. standing), unloaded (e.g. quad, lunge, diver) and neutral (floor poses) so you get the best improvements. You can definitely do this a couple of times a week, but try to mix in some of the ones with upright poses - aim for 15 mins 5 times a week xx

Hi Karen! Yes, such a pain - I have no idea why I have ads on my channel as my channel isn't monetised. Out of interest, did they come on in the middle of the video?

Hi Alice, random videos are still coming on in the middle of your videos and usually in the middle of poses, 2/3 times per video. I am learning to live with them but it is very disconcerting. That said the video was great. I don’t always feel the lift in poses but am trying not to think too deeply about it assuming I might be having a less than ideal day, pose wise.

Hi Ant, yes I'm so sorry about the ads - as soon as I can, I'll remove them from within the videos, but I've got to get my play time hours up first - I'm hoping by mid-July I will be there. Can't wait as I'm finding them really disruptive too. Thanks for bearing with me, and every play helps get my hours up so thank you! xx

Can you do this one everyday in addition to a shorter one. I love the feeling I get in the lift from this one.

Hello! I know, it feels so good! Best to have a variety of poses though, and as this one is already 18 mins long, I would go for every other day and then alternate days pop in a fresh one to give you that variety! Alice
