This dish Puerto Rican People eating around Chistmas time is very good and very easy to make
Ingredients
14 green bananas
1 cup oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 onion
1/2 red pepper
4 to 5 bay leaves
2 to 3 tablespoons green olives with pimentos
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

I made this exactly as you instructed. It came out delicious based on tasting the sauce. However, the green bananas have to cook for more than 15 minutes. They weren’t cooked enough for my family to eat. Next time I’ll cook it for 30 minutes. Thank you for the recipe. I appreciate it.

Se puede refrigerar, para muchos al igual que para mi es una de las cosas de nuestra cocina que pensamos tiene mejor sabor uno o dos dias despues de confeccionado.
