All 3 of my boyfriend's were narcissists. My dad is one too. They all accuse their partner's of cheating and constantly talk about loyalty while they cheat and lie. Please make a video about why narcissists demand loyalty and will threaten to beat you and kill if you cheat while they are secretly cheating...

I got 4 Big no nos for relationships. This applies to all ( friends, family, intimate). No lying, steal, cheat, or hurt me on purpose. And cheating is #1... I feel like you are putting my life at risk for some tail. If I even think you're cheating... I'm out.

Sometimes you have zero clues or proof!!! Narcs are super shady and manipulative...I honesty was clueless!!! Until I went to my cousins wedding, only 30 miles away from home, and the second I left...he was at the ATM and paying for whores!!!

I agree with these 4 NO NO's regarding relationships to a T 💯💯💯💯 You said it all, couldn't have said it better myself. I have been cheated on by almost every single bf I've been with and it's total bullcrap.... Nowadays, any gut feelings I may ever get (if and when im in a relationship again) I am out like Donkey Kong.

He has been screaming at me that it's been months and that's why he's leaving. It's a lie I have the dates and he ghosted me in between. All I know is something is wrong here and it isn't me and we were engaged. This man is looking for any old excuse.

Thank you for the insight and thought process from the narcs point of view of their involvement with the target. I don’t refer to it as a relationship because it never was, rather a manipulationship. Great explanation Ben!!! He cheated on me 20 days before my marriage with his ex gf .At that day everything was superb between us and we were in different cities.I was bzy preparing for marriage,he was supposed to come for the ceremony at my place. After marriage he cheated on 1st ,2nd month n so on . Though these numbers are physical cheating while he was cheating virtually even on the wedding night but it was all hidden,i was thinking that i was so lucky to have him as my husband but his mask fell off just within a month. Those wounds are still not healed and he is living happily with his new wife since two yrs now.

do not kid yourself, he is definitely not happy, and that sounds like a serious s*x addiction (imo) on top of his already demonstrated pattern of disrespect and cruelty. i'm so sorry you had to experience that, no one deserves to be victimized and unsafe. i'm glad you were strong enough to get him out of your life.

Actually, the relationship was good thanks to cheating that was giving him high. Also triangulation - they feel powerful because they fooled you and made you look stupid... They get off on these things. Been there... Now is in their prime of life - everybody just wants them - in their head. Wait couple of years, work on yourself. They always hang themselves when they become older, supply is not as stupid as when they were younger. They start being restless and miserable. And it goes only downhill from there. Forget about him, be indifferent - that hurts them. And prepare for hoover that is coming - reject it. No contact is essential. And if you want revenge, find a nice partner, live relaxed life and it is going only uphill for you from there. You will win in the end - speaking from personal experience. I am rejecting hoovers for 20 years now... my exBPD is full of hate and desperation for me not coming back. Ha ha ha he is so pathetic... Stay strong :)

@ A A- Wow, I am sooooo truly sorry this happened to you 😭 It's heartbreaking being cheated on, hurts like hell ...... I pray u find peace and when Ure ready, find real love and get treated like royalty (should always go both ways of course) Try to remind yourself when ure sad and upset, that at the end of the day, YES it hurt like hell, BUT it helped u grow emotionally and u are in fact the lucky one, his new wife wónt be happy for long, once a cheater (9 times out of 10) always a cheater, in this particular case tho, I can assure u he didn't change after u and now he's faithful to her so like I said, u are lucky because u now have time to truly love yourself and enjoy time alone and then when YOU see fit, if u are wanting to, the right man will come along. Kudos to u darling for seeing him for the jerk he is and always will be. He will be alone in the end. You got this and always remember, YOU are beautiful inside and out.

The narc gets fuel supply off of your good energy and brings that to a new lover as their power supply....they also have no real - conscience because their not yet or never will be fully-conscious. Being Conscious is the same as learning become more empathetic towards self and others. Higher Intel. Really Good Work Ben! Great Insights. Thank you.

I'm curious why im still here. My wife is a cheating narcissist who has never once admitted any small minute wrong so she has no consequences. Most of her bs doesn't affect me or so I say. It's not fun anymore just to punish her with facts but here I am!

Most narcissists tend to mirror in the beginning so you think that they're perfect and everything's great and then you fall in love. But what you really fallen for is yourself because they have mirrored you back to yourself. So while you think everything is fine and dandy it's not what they really want to be like so... behind your back they're doing what they want to make themselves happy.

Yup. Mine gave me 2 STDs over the short time I was with him. It’s despicable. Tried to blame me for the first one. I only realized he gave me a second one days after he discarded me.

Not always. My ex-husband of 30 years was a psychopath. He didn’t do any mirroring and his mask didn’t fall for 20 years.

@@SimbaAliaye that just sounds weird. Dude waits 20 years to screw you over? Maybe not a narcissist.😳 Maybe he is a psychopath like you said. Who Waits 20 years to screw somebody over. Like half their life is over and they're like yeah now is the time to screw this person over. Something else might be going on maybe he's got Dementia or something heavy happening or medically speaking to his brain. I don't know it just doesn't even sound typical of a narcissist to wait 20 years to screw somebody over. And they never mirrored to acquire you.

Oooohhh the topic of joy really hit. I've come to realize that my husband has no authentic joy. The only thing that even closely resembles joy in a narcissist is the dopamine hit they get from supply that is incredibly fleeting.

Question for you, Ben: I've been doing research and working on my healing for about a year now. One thing that has come up over and over again in some of my online support groups is discovering that the narcissistic partner is gay (or bisexual). I was certain this didn't apply in my case. But it was so prevalent in my research that I continued to dig and did, in fact, discover a secret Grindr account. Would you consider doing an episode discussing this?

Taylor Swift’s new hit “Anti-hero” is bringing narcissism to the forefront. The whole song is about narcissism and the Anti-hero is the “false self.” I remember telling my ex narcissist it’s his theme song and they should play it wherever he goes.

I think these are all truths , but I want to know if there are any type of way to have the narcissist feel bad or to make them realize that what they do hurts us and make them realize we are of value and want them to want to keep us make them feel bad because of the lies . Because sometime we love them even when it hurts so. And I want to know if they is anything we can to do to make them feel like they made us feel. Scared to lose and betrayed.

Yes,They can wear the mask their entire life.They don’t want to be found out,and that’s basically what narcissists do they hide the real them to outsiders but they are so twisted they let the real them come out on us in private and then they will try to put the mask back on and trick us into thinking that’s who they really are.It’s a crippling mental illness to deal with.

You can’t get them to see your point of view on any topic! they have their own vision of the world.they also are very stubborn and the truth can be right in their face but they are unable to see it.They also twist everything you say and turn it against you.

@@Kykylandfarming my husband twist everything as well but right now we are separated and he begged me to stay married to him and nothing has changed, he is always lying and cheating and on drugs and always saying I’m going to save our marriage haven’t seen nothing and he barely spends time with me but has time for everyone else
