This isn’t a medical drama but I’d love to see your reaction to John Oliver’s segment on medical devices. Grey’s last episode of the last season actually touched on this, they had a problem with a hip replacement. As an ortho surgeon, I’d love to hear your view.

A situation with not knowing who was in charge of a patient happened at the hospital I work at as a nurse. Patient was switching from a neurology team to a medicine team, neurology had signed off but medicine hadn't picked the patient up and the patient coded and no one knew which team should be running the code. It was chaotic until one team finally just said we are running the code and thankfully we got the patient back and up to a higher level of care.

I absolutely loved this video, about to watch part 2! I appreciate the way you react to doctor shows, as opposed to how most doctor youtubers react, you really listen and explain everything that is happening in wonderful detail that's easy to understand but also super interesting and I really feel like I'm learning something! The other thing I appreciate is that instead of consistently saying that "this is crazy, unrealistic, this is completely inaccurate" and making us feel stupid for liking the show - you really make it feel like when you are correcting the show, it is in a more educational way instead of a judgy way and I LOVE THAT. Keep up the amazing work, I appreciate your videos :D

I broke my radius and ulna when i was younger. They re broke it and put it into a cast. It was badly broken when i broke it (not quite compound fracture but pretty close, there was NO doubt in anyone’s mind that i had broken my arm) now my arm is crooked and it hurts a lot at random times. Its been 20 years.

Can you react to the episode where an anesthesiologist was impaired? I've watched someone explain it from their point of view, but I'd love to hear about it from the point of view of a surgeon :)

Hello there! Another great video You mentioned that you are a dad and I know from another video that both you and your wife are doctors . I would love to see you (maybe even both of you) talk about how you balance high paced , demanding careers and family life. Even practical aspects like time off and how you manage childcare. I apologise if you've already made a video that covers this, I'm a relatively new suscriber and I'm still working through a ll your videos :)
