Basically what Dr. Hahn said was Webber you can't mock my teaching style when you are the one who is allowing Christian to clock multiple hours in one field as opposed to classmate to clock in multiple fields. I love when the women check are Webber.

I was in the hospital (a large teaching hospital in a major NE city) and I had pneumonia and was admitted. But my lung sounds were “rales” and they had every single intern in the room listening. Even had more stopping throughout the day to ask if they could listen. Just continuously through the day people would continue stopping by. I obliged and they were happy and excited but I knew it wasn’t anything malicious, just trying to hear something they don’t get to usually.

I can tell how young you are not remembering the Kaposi sarcoma. In the 80s, it was the kiss of death. It's very highly correlated with late stage AIDS. My mother and my uncle both remember seeing them.

One thing to note. Those coming from another country were stopped at the border. Even if you refused the test, you had to be interrogated and denied entry without proof of protection.

I think a critical part of this episode that can be overlooked, especially for someone not following the larger story, that is the chaos happened because two hospitals merged that had different doctors fighting to keep their jobs. So the biggest issue is there was no proper agreed system which led to all this. Of course in real life everything is standardised, but in terms on this story it is why there was so much fighting and doubt. Webber asked "you don't know how to intubate?" because that was an unknown doctor to him.

Hey Doc. So I was injured in 2011 where my C4 through C6 were slightly crushed caused bulging discs. It wasn't until 2022 where I met with a neurosurgeon who after looking multiple MRIs over the years had recommended surgery. What gave me the most confidence was when the Doctor asked what my goals were for him. I told him 1) Pain through my right arm to stop, 2) Tingling in my fingerings to leave and feeling to return. He told me there were so many reasons for pain and he couldn't guarantee it would stop and the feeling issues. What he could tell me is they wouldn't get worse which would continue to happen with my continued service in the Army. I loved he didn't try to BS me and spent a couple of appointmentments going through the options and the results. What I rarely see in these shows (that I would appreciate) is the time out where everyone stopped and all the people in the OR talked about what was being done and then I was put out. I think seeing it was a patients side and one of the 99% that doesn't have things go wrong is better than the drama shows where the crazy things happen. I would appreciate understanding why a neuro vs ortho surgeon did my surgery. Thanks for the time Doc. Oh and he removed the C5-C6 replacing it with a plastic type (sorry sure it is more technical term) disc and over the next year the bone regrew through the device. My outcome is great and appreciate my surgical team through the process.

Psychiatric survivor here! Whether or not you will ever be the same after antipsychotics varies drastically by the person. Psychiatry goes out of its way to hide how toxic and damaging its "medications" are even from other specialties. While it's uncommon to develop tardive dyskinesia after one dose, it does happen to some people. And it takes a very long time for people to feel "normal" again after they have been given those neurotoxins. Real doctors have no idea what is going on with psychiatry and just how abusive and terrible the "specialty" is.

My favorite part of this episode is everytime you see the patient she actually looks worse. First time watching I didn’t notice of course but once you know what’s going on, you’ll see she has the beginning stages of central cynosis the second time she gets her burns treated (after the inital exam). Each time you see her she is paler and bluer, dry, dyspneic. I love this episode because I don’t think greys in the past few years has been this detailed! Thank you for this video!!

One of my favorite things that I learned doing a WFR course was how to clear a spinal injury. Luckely never had to use it in practice, but i had some coworkers who did. (We worked at a wilderness tripping summer camp for teens) One of the kids accidently pushed another off a small cliff and they broke their leg

Fauci: " I like it when people think I'm overreacting because that means I am doing it exactly right". What idiocy! Locking down healthy people which was textbook overreacting was, without question, the biggest blunder in the history of public health. Even the WHO predicts 150 million people will die because of the supply disruptions it caused. Aside from that- just in and of themselves- lockdowns killed more people than they saved. They were the exact opposite of what needed to be done. Can you think of anything stupider than bringing home junior (who has it but doesn't even know) to lock down with grandma? I wrote tucker, Hannity, Cooper, Chris Cuomo and Eric Trump to explain all this before we went into them but no one replied.

Crazy that the first Vaccine was given only 9 Months after this video was uploaded. Experts were guessing 18 Months and they were able to get it out just 8 Months is the Miracle of modern science! Sadly my best friend bought into the Joe Rogan anti Vax BS and passed away from Covid on Sept 14th, 2021. His mother passed away 2 days ago from Cancer. RIP Ken and Cindy! The Omicrom Variant had an R0 Value of 3.4 so the doctor hitting alarm bells as early as January was right on the money. Of course when the Virus first outbreak it was higher so probably was 3.8 at the time. Sad that KZfaq censored the early warning as "Fear Mongering" when in reality they were the Modern day Paul Revere's.

The whole icicle thing was ridiculous to me. Not that it happened, but ... how long was that in there? By the time they got to x-ray, would her body temperature not have melted the part that was inside her? And therefore, would it not have been better to pull it immediately, because the longer it stayed, the more dirty melt water would be in her abdomen?

When I was 4 yo my family and I got into a really bad car accident. We were driving really early in the morning like 4 or 5am in Maricopa. We were on our way to Phoenix where my parents worked. A truck cut us off and caused us to flip over multiple times. And right before that had happened my mom had to take her seat belt off to put my seat belt back on. So her 7mo pregnant butt ended up flying out the window. My Dad tried to grab her butt ended up flying out the window. My dad tried to stop her but it was too late. And when he looked at me I was crying out for my mom and bleeding all over my face. So he helped me get out of the car through the side window which he also had to squeeze through. And while all of this is happening I am having an out-of-body experience watching everything from above. It's like I completely removed myself from what was happening. And my dad was trying to get us help. After the paramedics came and flew me and my mom to the hospital they asked my dad if there was anything wrong with him. He hadn't thought about it because he was walking around and seemed fine. Turns out his spine was sticking out of his back. So they had to put him on one of those boards and tape him to it. And what was so crazy is that he didn't want to have to go to a different hospital. Even though they said they had to get him to the closest hospital and he did not like that. So he somehow managed to push his spine back inside of his back and take himself off of the board and walk to my grandpa's car who took him to the other hospital in Phoenix where we were at. When he got there the cops were waiting for him since he escaped the hospital. And thank God me and my mom and my baby sister were ok.
