Thanks for the visuals to read. I find it so difficult to watch instructional even though I create them myself I just don’t have attention span for watching it. Being able to speed read these diagrams before u explain what’s on it, like at school is top tier for how my mind learns. Thanks rockstar I got some some flowers in week 8 that look trash small and I know it’s bc it’s humid af but I was hoping it was genetics 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Could you give me a little more info on what second cut buds are? And a follow-up question on a different topic is on my flowering plants some of the top fan leafs by the bud are turning a deep purple, would you happen to know why that is? Really appreciate the video 🤝👍
@DeBaccoUniversity Жыл бұрын
Second cut flower is the smaller less impressive flowers. The deep purple color could be light stress or the variety. It is increased anthocyanin production.

If you had to choose one baseline humidity, and temperature that you could grow a plant all the way through to harvest? What would you choose?
@DeBaccoUniversity20 күн бұрын
Hard to pick one but 70F and 60% humidity would be a starting point.
@activistgranny2.0663 жыл бұрын
It's difficult to grow big dense buds in high humidity areas like coastal foggy regions just a heads up. Medium is okay and most likely to make it all the way to harvest without mold and PM. Night time can be 90% humidity and 30% daytime, the swings are hard the big flowers. Adjust to your area accordingly.

@Cronic Caterpillar Honestly, half of your atmosphere is your flooring. I've tried it on concrete and with void under the floor, concrete is FAR superior. We're talking places that were 100 yards from each other. Night and day difference. the concrete helps keep it cool and the the humidly low, since it's not wet like the soil.

Hello. I live in a humid climate. When I wait until the trichomes of the buds are amber in color, even if it is not raining, the moisture damages the plant severely. It is not possible to wait until the plant turns amber. How much earlier than the previous budding time do you need to bud so that the plant will mature before the rainy months? I should mention that the plant grows completely in desert conditions. I believe that I and everyone who follows you will benefit greatly if your answer is detailed. Thanks

Some harvest is better than no harvest. So, it sounds like you should harvest early.

I know its an old video but...Indoors I tend to have burnt yellow sugar leafs on a lot of strains. The core is sometimes too green and no amber trichs yet so I overgrow and get a bad product, often with the least terpenes. I grow organic with Gaia Green slow-release nutes. Maybe I'm watering too little in flower? Any thoughts?

Do 1/2 the amount of top dressing but more frequently. I run in pots as small as 1 gallon w soil, GG and teas. You need to be adding microbes (teas or other inoculations) and a carb source for the microbes to feed on, like blackstrap mollasess. Watering too frequently will cause at PH shift and lockout. Pot size, plant size and aoil type will dictate how often you should water. I may only water every 4 days while in Veg, but some of the large flowering planfn that have filled with pot with roots, require watering every 24hrs.

Getting the dirt completely wet even bottom feeding letting the water wick up into the bags is what I noticed the water wasn’t getting into a lot of the dirt was still dry

At the end of the day the very dense dispensary bud is still couch lock blah Indica. Cannabis is a 7 story building without an elevator, you have to climb to get to the top of the quality floors. Indica is when you open the doors, hybrids your lower middle floors. 5,6&7 are Lebanese, Nepalese, Congolese, Malawi, Angola, Durbin's and Haze. Dense buds is what is pushed on people as quality so the easiest, fastest to grow plants with the highest turnaround is what they tell you , you want. Please demand better or you will never know what you are missing. Peace farmerlion

If fan leaves weren't given enough nutrients through flower and turn yellow and die from bottom to top is there much reason to keep flowering any longer if they're gone? Thank you sir

When pruning during mid flower, is it still beneficial to remove the popcorn buds and lower leaf growth if it was missed during the beginning of flower?
@DeBaccoUniversity Жыл бұрын
Any buds should be save if formed as these can go to extraction.

To make sure you get strong bud just wait for trichomes to change Amber??

Typically when a few go amber, you are ready for harvest as a general rule.

In the first flower comparison the flower to the right isn’t organically grown right? The one on the left looks like it is organically grown. You could teach about how to differentiate organic and synthetic flowers, so people know when purchasing. Thanks for the video🙏
