I would be very interested to see you try this with a muscle group that does not have such fast recovery time like biceps do, you should make a video trying it with quads Also, not in a judgmental way, we would need to know if you are natty or not to accurately judge these results

also been doing the sae thing. I do 12 sets of 10 on each arm a day. I don't do them all at once. usually I only do 4 sets at once. and then do more in the afternoon, and another 4 at night before bed. I've noticed some gains on my left and right arm. the nice thing about bicep curls is the fact that they don't only exercise your bicep they also exercise your forearms.

This is a technique CT Fletcher & Mike Rashid use called overtraining. CT used to train arms every day and had massive biceps.

This guy did not understand the principal. Nuvleus overload is in first place to increase Mynuclei cells. After a complete recovery phase (no training at all for one to two weeks) starts the real growth phase.

Rich Pianna was a big advocate of this, he used to say this is how he got such big arms. There is definetly something too this for the short term. definetly not able to do this long term.

Tricep makes up 70% of the arm I believe, so train triceps and you’ll see arm size gains

You should do a 1 week mTor reset and start all over again. Nucleus overload does not work within the 30 days without the reset and further training. It is just the beginning phase what you did and had still some gains…

I did 200 bicep curls in 2 sets of 50 back as a freshman in high-school til my junior year. Also, 200 situps in the ae fashion.

It consists of 8 mini-workouts, half an hour apart. Oh, also, it's just volume. You did more volume.

I can't grow my arms I eat around 3000 calories a day I can't get them past 15 ich and I train them 2x a week . Any advice?

Ever tried chin ups or isometric exercises? The chalisthenics guys always have big biceps. Try maybe training them 3x per week, or put on more weight

train your triceps more triceps is 2/3 of your and biceps is small 1/3 if u keep traning tricpes + shoulder your arms wil l look massive

You need muscle mind connection, curls will be the example. Flex your bicep as hard as you can as if your posing then grab a dumbbell that's 10 pounds lighter than what you normally use and instead of just lifting it you need to flex your bicep as your lifting it. Do this with all muscles you will grow a lot faster in a lot less time. Lower weight is a must if you can't control the squeeze because you're using too much weight it's pointless.

I lift the same arm muscles every other day and get insane results. I gained 3 inches in two months. But do what works for YOU my body grows like crazy, but might not for someone else

Wtf…everyone who is educated already knows that..not only is EVERY person different but also you need to let your muscle groups rest between workouts..this isn’t anything new. If you over work your muscle all you’re doing is breaking your muscles down. This guy here didn’t get this big by over working his muscles he did it by having a rotating routine and…other things.

Remember to rest that muscle group or even all the uper/lower body if needed to release the 30 day stress and repair for at least a week, if not its just leading to injury and not that useful at the end.

Done none of that. At 17.5 inch arms weighing at 201lbs. I do 8-12 reps, total of 9 sets. Dont hurt yourself!!!!
