I stayed with Panasonic and replaced the G85 with the G9 instead of the Fuji X-S10. The next body will be the purchase of GH6 or S5. Merry Christmas and make your dreams come true in 2022

Hey, I saw your wedding films. Do you still use the G9 and do you focus manually or is the autofocus quit good?

I used the GH5 and then used the x-s10 for one wedding before I stopped filming them. I use manual focus for everything.

Hi Nolan! YT algorithm suggested me this video, and I enjoyed it a lot, till the point that I'm a new sub since now. Like a lot the way you talk to the cam, and also congrats for your new S5 purchase! I had one since beginning of 2021 but couldn't take all its sauce yet. Hope can do it soon on a new interviews projects that I'm developing. Have the 20-60 from the kit, and also purchased an used 50 1.8 for main on interviews; and also get an used G91 (G90 in EU and G95 in USA) for B roll, slides, etc. The MFT lenses that get for that are an used 1,7 42,5, and a brand new pancake 14 2.5. Love the way that Panasonic Lumix develops its product lines! The list of gear could be never ending, but don't want to feed more the brick of message that I get. Congrats also for your family growing, and work and home movements! Hope that in 2022 you can go forward and catch all your dreams! Welcome back :) I think I am on the same page. After 6 months of XS10, I realized that I need 10 bit internal recording. So now is between GH5II and S5. I will wait to see what that elusive GH6 actually is, but in 2022 I will follow the same path gearwise as you did. Im not a fanboy of any brand, but it seems that Panasonic is still relevant at this time. For now Marry Christmas, all the best to your loved ones, and best wishes for 2022.

Welcome back I've tried to leave pana however there is nothing that's really excited me. G9 does alot for the money and perhaps the best for under a grand. I had a little romance with Pentax for a little while.... Ohh those colors

Same. It’s been so hard to go a different route. I’ve even used a Sony a7s3 and I still enjoy the Panasonic experience so much more. Haha Pentax is great! Merry Christmas Steve! Thanks so much for your support of the channel all this time :)
