Unfortunately there have been three young boys killed here in California by their parents. They were sent back to them by our CFS. All lowlifes. Some parents should never get their children back. At least this biological mother finally allowed her children to be adopted after relinquishing her parental rights.
@amandarios4484 жыл бұрын
It's still unexcusable. But I think the drug problems are making so that many kids are being removed from their home. Newborns, younger and older children. The drug epidemic is making it really hard for kids and an alcoholic untrained foster parent is seen as the lesser evil to the parents that use hard drugs and keep bouncing around with their kids. Imagine if there was a good structure for rehabilitation and better structure to accommodate these kids temporarily. This would have never happened
@amandarios4484 жыл бұрын
@@marinamartinez6886 I think the biological mom was the lesser evil. Like the prosecutor said herself "she wouldn't win mother of the year... She had a drug addict ion but she wasn't a physically abusive sadistic psychopath" Or something along thos lines. I'm not saying the biological mother even did wrong with surrendering the child to DFACS, she did the right thing, but the child services were sleeping on the job. And this child died. It's horrible.

Joseph 30 years is a long time if he really has health problems. But, you all should of thought about Laila before abusing and killing this poor baby, and abusing her poor sister Millie. The inmates are going to bring all this back to you for the years you're gonna be in there. Because inmates isn't going to take kindly to baby killers, so I don't think you're going to be safe in prison. This is what justice looks like. I'd like to thank that prosecutor for doing what the rest of the system and her parents didn't, for being the voice of those babies. The system steps in under the guise of the children's best interests but they are failed far too many times by the very system charged with their protection. Sadly, this is not an isolated case. It can happen any day in any state. The system is a mess and it needs to be fixed. How many dead children will it take????? One is too many
