I have to say that all the workers that worked on the baby, seem to be more upset then the people who are supposed to love and care for the baby.

Defense -- CPR could not save this child. She bled out from the injuries to her little organs.

This paramedic is very knowledgeable. He was a great witness. He and the other emergency responders did everything they could for this precious child. God bless them.

The Rosenbaum's set through this whole trial with all the testimony KNOWING they were quilty and showing no emotion or remorse UNTIL the sentencing and then they shed tears...I hope they are beat and abused every day in prison for the rest of their worthless lives.

I can’t imagine when he turned that baby over and saw all those bruises. He knew what had happened. The more I watch this trial the angrier I get. They say it takes a village. The whole village failed this baby and many more.

So if jennifer did cpr wrong and admitted she wasnt good at it then whoever let her be a foster parent without proper standard cpr training which apprently is a vital tool when parenting should be questioned .jennifer regardless it was neglect and on many occasions apparently u are in the wrong

I LOVE that the prosecutor caught what the fireman said about bruising requiring a heartbeat. It meant that she had been beaten PRIOR to the EMT's trying to revive her. BOOM!!

Do none of the mics work in this building? EDIT: You can actually hear the defense attorney getting more and more irate as this goes on. Not professional at all. Instead of even trying to defend her client she is accusing this man of murder while he testifies on stand. My son as an infant had to be saved twice because of fever induced seizures (grew out of it thankfully) The men who rushed to my home on 2 separate occasions were angels. I didn't know cpr but followed the advice on the 911 call until helped arrived and my son had NO bruises from me or the firefighters or emt and even the police who saved his life on both occasions. Don't try and make it out that the bruising always happens it doesn't always happen. They say it can happen cause well it can.. but not to the extent of the bruising on this child. The firefighter noticed the bruising. Bruising takes one to two days to appear and 2 weeks to heal. This child had been in their care for 4 weeks. Period. They are guilty.

This baby spent 4 months in pain from beatings including fractures. I can't believe that friends / family or anyone at gymnastics didn't see bruises or could tell she was in pain. How can a baby be so badly abused but not one person got involved? What kind of animal beats small kids with a belt? Everyone in this girls life failed her

What makes me sad is that nobody held her while she died. I have a two year old and she needs hugs if she even hears a scary noise. I can’t imagine if her little body was torn in two.

My kids dad is a 911 dispatcher and he is traumatized by some of the calls about babies and small children in situations like this. He listened to the call and said he was suspicious about Jennifer from the jump and the way she was constantly expressing she didn't know what she was doing...planning her defense already.... I didn't know and that's why she is bruised.

At times while watching some of these videos such as this one, I feel kind of bad for that defense attorney. Despite having nothing to work with she’s trying so hard to do her job and make it seem like it might have been an accident. But then I watch her cross examine some of the other witnesses and wish the judge had given her a few years alongside her clients.

Trials like these are exactly the reason why I keep such detailed and lenghty documentation about my calls. I'm not worried that I do something wrong and get sued for it - I stand by my actions any day. But what I am worried about is some lowlife trying to catch me cold during *their* trial, because they want off the hook. I'll be the bane or the saving grace to a defense lawyer one day - depending on weather or not their client is guilty.

He is a Fireman... he's not an EMT. He's a trained paramedic, they have more training than an EMT.

To think she got more bad treatment than the biological parents. My sister and I were tortured by foster parents for 2 years before we were adopted. Bank then they didnt have human services. But today it's to protect the children not hurt them. This girl was let down by many people in her small life. It's a shame.
