Oof! I felt this one. The difficult bit was the side hold. I toppled over at the EXACT moment you said "Use the strength of your legs to hold you up" Sarah Beth! Guess getting stronger legs, as well as core, needs to be a 2024 goal for me! 😂

oh wee that was challenging 😫 but glad I pressed play. I am proud of myself cause I didn't think I could grab my foot but left side amazed me right side could only get my heel in hand but that was progress for me for sure 🤗🙌🏾 I definitely agree that 5 mins a day does amazing for the mind and body even more so than 1 hour a week practice 😄You are awesome SarahBeth! Welp, THAT was a reality check! 😅 I've only been doing these yoga videos for about a month, which was way too soon to attempt this. It's a marathon, not a sprint. I'll try the 21-day challenge again in 6 months or so.

Oh no. Modification sounds like a good idea. 🙏💙 You can pivot your back leg more, lean against a wall or just do opposite side swimmers

@@sarahbethyoga you do an exceptional job and have for a long time. I know how challenging it can be to cue - I taught yoga for several years until the world shut down for a while. I hope to get back into it now that I moved and settled out of state. Again, you do a beautiful job and your sequencing is excellent too.

This is way too difficult for day 2 if someone has never done yoga or is just getting back into it. It requires you to already have decent core strength & balance. A HUGE step up from yesterdays, which was very beginner friendly & even offered mods.

This is definitely challenging but it's about how you approach the challenge. Could it be fun & silly? Is the workout in the attempt vs "mastering" the poses? It's only 5 minutes, it's going to be challenging, but if you stick with it and do what you can, you can feel accomplished at the end and move onto tomorrow's video with the same open-minded intention.
