My sister has 4stage breast cancer I been looking for different natural food to help I got her the seamoss and soursop from fruits and roots she said the instructions said to let the seamoss soak for 2 weeks. Yall are saying just over night which is right? Overnight or 2weeks?

if instructions said that you should question your source for sea moss n never get it from there again. no more then over night is needed.

Well boiling also kills some of the nutrients. It also depends on what you're using it for you can also do the soaked overnight and use the same spring water to blend it, however you boil for cold on the chest or bronchitis type infections.

Great! Hope you give up the fish soon, it's very acidic, Dr. Sebi says it rots in your intestines. If you still need to eat it during your transition, that's fine, as long as you have the intention to give it up, and it would be for good reasons! I'll be honest, it took me a couple months to give up fish!

The older Yardies from my neck of the woods would swear by sea moss and so does my husband's elderly Irish auntie - and they all prepared it just like you. I love that you prepared it the traditional way of boiling the sea moss. I think the traditional methods have been perfected over centuries via trial and knowledge, so we all would do well to listen and learn from the originators that put in the work. Thank you m'lady :)

As we say to men in the Caribbean "it's good for the "boy" "....Here's to a proper erection!... Gr8 video. I have to get me some agave syrup. Sea moss is a seaweed variety that is cultivated in the Caribbean and there are several varieties. It is dried in the sun to remove the water and can be stored for a very long time once dried. I actually have some stored for 3 years now. The commercially packaged ones like in the video are still moist. It is a very popular health food item that is loaded with minerals and is locally considered to be a powerful aphrodisiac. Sea moss has no flavor of it's own...well it's tasteless so flavor must be added. Sea Moss can be added to other smoothies to add nutrients and thickness.

I soak moss in distilled water over night after washing off the dirt & use the same water to blitz it adding bladder wack, i believed boiling anything also loses the nutrients more than soaking. I will try the boiling method as your cool & calm explanation that swelling of moss while soaked could attribute the myth. I'm all in🤗

Morning Karen! ( 5:30 am in Nashville, Tennessee! ) I ordered some sea moss & am wanting to prepare my drink just like you do in this video for the first time. Yesterday, I went into an international market for the first time, and man do they have A LOT of things we can use in this lifestyle. Anyway, i wish i had thought to take a picture but i saw several different variety of cinnamon stick available. They had some in a bundle in loose plastic similar the large bag of nuts come in. They had some on a wall of pre -packaged dry herbs and it was a popular brand and i cannot think of the name of it. I'm going back in there so i can take a photo and share it with u. The 3rd version was in the spice section already in a jar maybe about 6-8 sticks. I'd like your opinion on what would be the freshest version to choose from, they were all great prices though, better than I've seen on line. I know you get yours from the Caribbean sometimes but which is your favorite to choose from when you shop locally? Thanks for your input in advance. Next time i am in there i will share some pics if i can in this platform. Take care!!
