Every time I feel some sort of sympathy for Shirley, I’m reminded of how she talked about her daughter to that rat. Idc what anyone says, I would never betray my child in that way. I also have a mom that would never, so this type of treason is baffling to me. How disconnected from your child must you be to speak about them in such a way? That for me is why I can only say hopefully she gets back on her feet at 69, but anything else is above me. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I kinda think y’all are overreacting a little, this is why:Sometimes your GROWN CHILDREN, be all in their parents business and doing waaay toooo much, but I only heard a snippet of the conversation so, idk what else was said. All I heard her say was that her daughter was scared and went to talk to 12. Shirley said they were trying to scare her and if they REALLY had something on her, she would’ve been arrested. Now, im not a criminal (anymore 😉), but most of us from certain neighborhoods, live by a code. A code, that’s passed down from gen to gen. But maybe im wrong, so please enlighten me on how she threw her daughter under the bus? I’m being serious, I genuinely want to know what I missed.

She wrote a letter supporting him for the court in June of 2023! And Steve is dirty too for hiding information he knew about Ernesto from Shirley. He said it wasn't his business to get involved. 🙄

This is absolutely heartbreaking. I knew Shirley wasn’t totally oblivious to his crimes. As a single woman who just turned 50, I pray to god I never get so desperate for love that I lose all sense of discernment. Only way Shirley will be able to recover is being open and honest with the people who love her. This will be a hard one to dig herself out of.

I just want to appreciate Chronicle Speak’s reporting, professionalism and journalism. I am African [spent a few years of my life in the UK as well were tv and radio are VERY different to the US] : I never heard of Tim Norman, I never heard Shirley (basically if it’s mostly on local tv and local radio it’s usually unavailable to outsiders in very remote / far places ) but these stories are so well reported that I don’t need to do a deep dive into who they are! I’m generally interested in legal matters because I’m an Attorney, I as well love news & entertainment so I don’t only stick to the legal nitty gritty! Hats off to you Mz Chronicle !! The readings came across as passing off as other people submitting for advice when it could have been her to confirm her hunches about her own situation.
