My mom did this and was still married to my dad. She died recently and my dad promised to handle her affairs because her husband of one year called her job about her benefits not even 24 hours after her death. My dad bitched out and didn’t want to tell the truth because he didn’t want his current wife to know. Now this man got everything and has already moved on and it’s only been 3 months. And didn’t pay for the funeral but got thousands of dollars. Definitely need a database in place.

I raised my 6 yr old daughter without dating until she was 18. and all these years I have never remarried to anyone because I have never found anyone that i was willing to make that ride with again. men like my husband are few and far between and I have never been lonely one day. so I know from experience, but I know everybody is not the same.

When he passed & she filed for SS she was able to collect his cause it was more $$$. Apparently he didn’t care either! So Martha would be the only one that can claim any property that is solely in his name! Not that he has anything!🤷🏼‍♀️ who knows why my mom never filed!! Or Marta and Nesto never did?!🤷🏼‍♀️

Hopefully can can get back everything taken from her by authorities,creditors and more,his debt’s became her’s. In just 8yrs she has lost everything dealing with this man she had for decades before meeting him. She I am sure is one of his victims he financially messed over .As for his other victims sone allegedly say is two of his daughter who are adult now,a woman ,or women he allied trafficked,abused and more,hopefully they will get justice. As for those kids found on his computer that seemed to be kids that were trafficked,he did not know personally,had contact with just images either pictures or video’s,I pray he for looking at this get some charges,those kids are found and yes a dog or dogs were involved in this. I do not think Shirley grandkids were involved and that when her daughter was called down to talk to authorities they told her what they had found,warned her to not have her kids around him,get a protection order against him. Again the news stations here in Georgia never mentioned any SA charges against him only the alleged forgery,identity theft,fraud charges of him and his co conspirator.The daughters made these allegations of SA are grown and live in another state or county.But either way Shirley will have to mend her and her daughter relationship that this man intentionally for years caused a bigger wedge between them,his jealousy she gave her daughter money,paid her bills.Also her not going to authorities when they kept calling her to come down she would have heard what her daughter did,got out of this way sooner then months ago.

People did call in to the show and let them know he was already married. But maybe she wasn't listening to the show. Maybe the people that did call in didn't want to get the media involved in their lives at that point or is possible the media didn't care. I have heard of them turning down certain stories before.
