The touches of Mancini meets Stan Getz, meets Charlie Parker, meets Earl Bostic... just some brilliant work in this amazing jazz tune; Honda Masato-san blows those altissimo notes right out of the water in his solo, while the trumpet section peels the paint off the walls with their high, silvery brass tones. I love this song. Gotta say, the premise for the show, if you choose to watch, is that a "Space Cowboy" is a bounty hunter, and the "Bebop" is the ship they're on. And the space jazz you get from the situations they encounter in their work (during the show) gives us a new genre of music... "Cowboy Bebop." The show is total "Space Noir" and is worth a watch... but if you actually watch the whole series with an open heart and mind...? Well... You're gonna carry that weight, Cowboy.

Try Jazz god dammit!! Do some Soil & Pimp Session reaction, those cats are the same aggresive funky style and also from Japan like the seatbelts.
