Take it before your workout like 20-30mins is better I believe, you'll have stronger energy and can do more sets

Take it after creatine helps your body after a work out and take pre workout before best combo when I was in highschool the coaches would push it in our heads pre workout and creatine

That’s fine bro he said you can take it during a cut. I’m about 215 rn and my goal is 200-195 and I plan on taking it during my calorie deficit. As long as you’re working out and eating right you’ll lose weight. It will only harm you if you do not work out.

@@jeffreystevepaul1810 I decided to just take it anyway. I'm like 41% BMI but I've been putting in solid work for the last 4 months. We'll see what happens for the remaining of the year. Crazy though you see no info out there for people who are overweight or obese taking this stuff....wonder why that is?

@@itsVxz Hello friend! Pretty good! I DEFINITELY am lifting heavier and recovering quicker. The weight started to come off more after around the 4 week mark, I think it's because I'm lifting heavier now and when I have more intense cardio days like my Kickboxing days, I can go more hard and lost longer. Honestly try it if you haven't yet, give it a month just be sure to be consistent with your gym routine and good nutrition. Each week in the gym I'm progressively lifting heavier and heavier. I feel like it's such a cheat code honestly lol. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions, I'm no expert but I am witnessing positive results.
