The training is focused on this area, that does not mean that by doing this every day that fat will disappear, because as I have told you on many occasions, exercise must be accompanied by a balanced diet, so that complementing both, nutrition and exercise, we manage to reduce the fat deposits that we have accumulated in different parts of our body, and therefore reduce our contours and shape each of the parts of our body.
