I am loven these seated excercises with Andi i have a knee problem doctor and therapy never got it to bend to normal , but doing your excercises has help me whole lot i just need to keep up with You cause i feel so good my balance is so much better Thank you

I love your videos , I'm 59 and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 20 years ago. And I try to keep moving and do my stationary bike. But it's hard to get motivated. I use your videos to motivate me!! Thank you.

I want to see more of your videos you do good I like how you do things at these e but I need the two of them for three or four and four four if you can put those on for me I need to watch those and see how easy those are keep up the good work thank you
