This 10 minute boxing inspired workout will strengthen your cardiovascular system and work your arms, legs, shoulders, and core. It can be done standing or seated in a chair. It includes: front punches (jabs and crosses), overhead punches, side punches, upper cuts, and hooks. So put up your dukes and get stronger

Thanks for the variety of workouts. I tend to get bored and stop exercising. However, doing different ones of your 10-15 minute videos, I am eager to workout every day.

Thanks so much for all you both do for everyone every day. I did that boxing workout again today as well as a morning warm up and stretching program. I so agree with your dear Mom about having a sense of humor. I am continuing on with doing a variety of your videos everyday. It is also so wonderful to see Mochi strolling through the videos. After a long stressful day of helping others and taking care of business that was passed on to me. I needed this heart raising, hand punching, fun boxing workout to help me on this first day of February. I so enjoyed the humor and heartwarming dialogues between Aiko and you. It was also good to see Mochi sleeping through it all just like my cat does on the recumbent exercise bike. Great workout ladies and congratulations on a job well done. My Fists of Fury are mighty furious now: I'm nursing a troublesome right shoulder these days, so I simply watched this video. I love "air" boxing and hope to engage when my shoulder's green light flips on. I like to actually punch with a wallop which amps up the cardio benefits of boxing, as well as releasing any latent aggression. I like the addition of the interval footwork and the fullness of your cool down. Can't wait to do this one. I noticed that while you were boxing, Mochi, in typical cat style, was lazing and lounging. Hi there! Yes, this can be done after eating. But listen to your body -- if it's too much activity, try a gentle walk or slow down the moves. ❤️

I had commented two years ago on your "Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots" references in this video, but I don't remember if I ever actually did the workout then or not, so I'm counting it as "new to me" and used it for cardio after your Core Floor Exercises (in bed again), chair knee exercises, and one round of your 20-minute One Weight Dumbbell Workout (I was short on time, so I only did half the dumbbell workout this time.😉) [March 31, 2024]

That was fun and different. Does it matter which foot is right or left? I tried both but couldn't even tell which was the correct stance.

Is it ok for a 92 year old woman with abdominal aortic aneurysm to do any kind of exercise? My mother's health is really good but her sedentary lifestyle and lately bad eating habits made her to gain some extra weight. She would love to lose that extra weight but we're not sure if she can exercise. Thank you and thank you for the wonderful work you both are doing. 💕

Thank you! Your mom is soo lucky to have a caring daughter like you! It's never too late to start exercising but we would suggest that you consult with your Mom's medical team first to see what exercises would be appropriate for her and if our workouts are okay! Loved the "Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots" references! I'm 60, so of course I remember them, but guess what? They still make them, and there are even life-sized versions of the game at some Dave & Busters locations! :-D (Here's a video of one in action: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aNh7jc1myrzUo6s.html)
