We're having another look at tofu today. This time it's natural.
The next episode of the "Step by Step" series presents our 8 favourite ways to prepare savoury
natural tofu. All of them are very simple. Anyone can definitely do it!
It's worth buying a block of tofu immediately or even buying a few!

SAVOURY NATURAL TOFU RECIPE
1) Fried tofu
Time: 10 minutes
Amount: 6 slices
Ingredients:
1 natural tofu block
Tamari soy sauce
oil for frying
Instructions:
Cut the tofu into 6 even, quite thin slices. Sprinkle them with soy sauce and spread it on both sides.
Fry on both sides on hot oil until it becomes crispy and browns a little.
Such tofu is perfect for lunch, instead of cutlets. It is also great for sandwiches and burgers.
