8 жыл бұрынHi, Just some sort of coupling a bit over 150mm long a customer wanted made. It was for a piece of farm equipment. He opted to do the drilling and tapping for the necessary grub screws. Sorry the sound is out of sync.

Hi , cool well done. I would of used a key way broach under a hydraulic press . yes i understand yours is a blind hole. I done this on a lathe 30 years back it was painful .

hola. es mas practico usar herramienta mas fina para hacer el chavetero de esta forma se trabaja mas rapido y con menos rechazo del material sobre la mortajadora.

I didn't see any hole for cutting relief, there might be a relief slot in side that is deeper than key slot. I am not a English speaker, I hope someone can understand what I mean!

He has a groove cut inside the hole where the tool will finish.....
