Man I shipped Sly x Carmelita before I even knew what shipping was

This ending is great. In every game, the heroes win. Though here, they lose. Of course they defeat Clock-La, but suffered in the process. Bentley broke his legs, Murray left the team, & Sly almost got arrested. Sly 2 is my favorite game of all time.

I loved this game. Carmelita finally warmed up to Sly and gave into the lure of the hunt. Finally in that last Cutscene, she finally got it: Sly May be a thief, but he's no crook. He does it for fun because it's in his blood and she finally begins developing the same feelings towards Sly that he's had for since day one.

I have to say that when I saw this ending scene I found it to be really dramatic, heck Sly 2 made a lot of improvements from the first game, the stories more detailed and rich, it also has some pretty dramatic moments. I can honestly say this game was one of the greatest games I ever played in my childhood.

'Go Outside'? What is this OUTSIDE place you speak of?!

Every time when I complete sly 2 I get this feeling that "okay, life is kinda done now"

This ending is probably the best in the series. While Sly succeeded in his goal...he and his gang had to fight many demons of their past...Clockwerk's influence is still seen today with Bently, paralyzed from the waist down...Murray still feels responsible for it...and in Sly 4, it's been seen that one part, an eye, remains. Clockwerk may be gone for now, but his influence could give rise to a new Clockwerk...and his statement to Sly that they will never be rid of him will ring more true than ever...this game gave me a feeling of shock and satisfaction after beating it, far more than any of the others in the series.

There are a lot of things to love about this ending. For me, it's the fact that Carmelita is the only character in the series that's ever had an actual voice line animated into these 2D cutscenes. Keeping my fingers crossed that there's an announcement coming this year, the 20th anniversary of the Sly Cooper franchise...

God I feel bad for Jean Bison. The guy tries to turn a new page and help the environment for once, and what happens? He gets frozen again. On the plus side, I hope this means they'll bring him back in Sly 5.

i wish they kept the voice actor for carmelita of sly 2 she was amazing and not to mention had a voice like an angel, im totally stealing this line from somebody else but the moment she said "i'll see you soon ringtail" my heart sank into heaven

I like how the message at the end says "Get a life." like you should have your own adventures with exploring and finding someone for yourself.

God This Game has a special place in my heart as my first true videogame andbI love it for its interesting characters, amazing plot and very fun gameplay. I loved the Sly Series.(Maybe even more that R&C and Jak 2-3.)

I like when they talk about books, music, and art, and it shows carmalita enjoying it and Sly stealing the stuff.

The reason Sly took the bottle is since there is ALWAYS the one clue bottle you comb over the entire level just for it. When he realized it wasn't a clue bottle he gave it back to Carm. IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW!

The creators were a bit cocky with that go outside message at the end, they didn't seem to realize the game could be completed 100% in a single evening.

God I remember when Every game I played told me to go outside, when I make games, I'm bringing that back, this was coming from a time when we got a slide outside too. back when outside was just as accessible.

Even after Sly 4, this is still the best Sly cooper game in my opinion

Seeing this ending when I beat the game myself, I was filled with so many thoughts an emotions. First off, I played this in Norwegian, so I was confused as to why the ending cinematic was in Swedish. But aside from that, I was so happy to have finished the game I had struggled with for so long, although I was somehow annoyed and sad that it was over, and more so after being told to go outside (I can not explain why, it just was like so).

A sad, dark ending indeed. But by far the best ending in terms of what it cost them

Poor Jean Bison, after spending thousands of years frozen in ice he's frozen yet again And this time he may not be thawed out until the year 3000

I complete 100% of the game over 10 times for sure...i used to love this so much and i still do. My favorite episode was episode 6, 'cuz i could mess with Carmelita and exploit lots of bugs towards her imortality xD...how i miss this good old days... Curious facts i've discovered on my own: 1 - For some unknown reason, my first Sly Cooper save ever was glitched: i used to take less damage than i was supposed to take, and those small rocks that the guards throw at you when you're out of their reach didn't affect me in any way. Normally, Carmelita needs 4 shots to kill you; on my first save, she needed 6. I also had more Cooper focus. I did notice this and thus i've never deleted my first save ever, it is still there on my memory card lol...i was never able to repeat this glitch in any other save, since it just happned randomly and that's why i kept it. 2 - The only episode where Carmelita and Neyla aren't mentioned in any conversation or cutscene and don't appear during gameplay, is episode 7. If you have any curious fact about the game, share here please =D

Aside from the whole cat and mouse relationship Sly and Carmelita have, these two have a lot in common in terms of interests like reading, music and art. I can see why Sly and Carmelita have sort of this moving in relationship once he gave up thieving and joined Interpol. They have that sort of realistic romance despite them being anthropomorphic animals, as well as the three year age difference between them with Carmelita being 21/23/24 and Sly being 18/20/21.

the most remembered ending in all the sly cooper games after i finished them (then didn't get to play it again since the ps2 was broken) the first game ending was the easiest one to remember
