350 ml. water (+ 10-15 gr.)
300 gr all-purpose flour
150 gr. strong flour 14% protein(Manitoba)
50 gr whole wheat or whole rye flour
10 gr. salt
For filling:
30 gr pecans or walnuts (cut into slices)
30 gr Parmesan cheese (cut into cubes)
