My husband and I have been married for nearly 23 years, but Sis, after trying this recipe me and you, we go together and that's on Mary Had a Little Lamb 😅. This was theeee best mac n cheese I have evah made. I have tried no less than a half dozen recipes, even tried using fancy cheese like smoked Gouda and Gruyere and none of them turned out anywhere near as good as this one....I used all the cheeses you showed in this video and it turned out great! To keep the sodium down I skipped the bouillon and didn't add much salt to the water bc I knew the butter, cheese, and cheddar soup would have plenty of salt. Even with that omission, it was still 💣. Thank you for sharing your gift 🙌🏽

I made this yesterday’s for Sunday dinner and for the first time my mother said the Mac and cheese was delicious. I used everything you used including the 4 states cheeses. Perfect 👌🏾 !

@@shookbitch123 yes I cooked it as long as she does and I thought it came out great. It wasn’t dry to me. When you put it in the oven for that second time, she says you can do it 20-30. So if you’re worried about that, just do 20. I did 30 though and it came out great to me. 😀

Update on your recipe. I have made this 3 times since my daughter found your video. I have made this twice now for my work place. I made it the first time for our Thanksgiving potluck and my co-workers liked it so much they asked me to make it again for our Christmas potluck. They really enjoy it yesterday. This is truly a great recipe.

Hope you’re having a wonderful day! I sooo had to tell you it turned out perfect 🥺 not to be dramatic but my mom passed like 8 years ago. I’ve made Mac n cheese twice a year since then trying to make it like she did. Now, it was a totally different method from hers but it was so good nonetheless. Mine has never turned out this good!! So happy. It’s the little things 🥰 I used to ask her who taught you to cook? And she said she taught herself. I made this today and it was a hit. Now I was nervous when my egg/sour cream mixture was a tad thinner than yours but then you said to "Trust the Process" and honey, yes!! It was great. Creamy and flavorful. I did add more seasoning to the mixture(garlic salt and more salt) but overall great recipe. I can't wait to make it again.

I made this today too. I think the sour cream helped give it a tangy flavour. It was all the rage with the guest in my pandemic bubble, specially since I was the only American (they’re brits, South Africans, Canadians, and Nigerians) and they’d never had it before. Good, easy to follow directions~

@@aracelisanchez4218 girl it was so freaking good, it’s not very gooey like a velveta melted cheese over noodles, or runny like Instant mac & cheese. it’s stringy gooey, like in the video if that makes sense. The taste is 10/10. I followed her instructions to the T. Don’t over boil the noodles and it comes out perfect. The only thing I didn’t do was add parsley at the end because I didn’t have any but it honestly doesn’t need it, unless you like the garnish.
