What about a compound exercise that targets your arms, shoulders, core,all leg muscles, and improves your VO2 max. Yes it's the burpee! Good video.

All in need of anti aging exercise the most, are the group with knees at the verge of extreme wear. I haven't seen anyone keeping this in mind and blindly advising squats/lunges etc.

Please make one best and perfect video main for students budget friendly. We know that to gain weight we need to eat constantly, exercise and sleep. But how consistently & perfectly we need to do we need to do

You need protein. At least .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Eat an excess of you are skinny.

No bro do not listened to the protein guys. I’ve been skinny because I lost 15 kg muscle mass through not eating calories and carbs. No matter how much protein and veggies I ate the amount of muscle growing was 0 to none. So eat a lot of calories so your body can store natural creatine in the muscle, stay hydrated. If the protein are the building blocks than the calories are the cement that keeps the whole building together. Exercises should be slow and controlled, otherwise no matter how much you train with fast repetitions you will find yourself shaking in slow exercises.

Ive gained fast and lost it faster (from drinking and other poor life choices) i recently got it back in a few months and im bigger than before. Basically i just eat what ever and whenever i want and work out moderately but consistently. Meaning i dont work out to the point where im burning a lot calories. Like 45 to an hour workingouts no. I work out 20 to 30 minutes everyday sometime just 15 minutes. And sometimes twice a day a little weight mixed with calisthenics. Simple nothing genius about it just keep an eye on stomach. Works for me. I use to hover around 160 to 168 now im around 180 to 187 fluctuating
