0:30 - Warm Up (shoulder rolls)
1:35 - Block 1 (shoulder blade retractions, lateral raises, internal & external raises, thoracic rotations)
5:06 - Block 2 (straight arm retractions, lateral raise with touch, bent arm raise with rotation, shoulder tap rotations)
9:39 - Cool down (ross gellers)
