I was supposed to have bloodwork done today and my nurse was so kind and patient but knowing how much they were going to need to draw made my body refuse to calm down even with anti-anxiety meds and breathing exercises. long story short I couldn’t do it and I’m going back another day

I see many Yoga poses in a Pilates class. It seems to me that In a Pilates class they concentrate on more core poses. The same ones I practise in a Yoga class eg: Boat pose, side plank, full plank etc.

I've got mine in 2 weeks, I've had blood tests done previously and I find it easier to look because I can see that it is only a small needle. It's when blood squirts out that I don't like, which has happened before.

I'm 17,and I'm terrified of blood tests,just a few days ago,i got mine done,and the night before my test i could barely sleep,i kept waking up,it was a disturbing,and on the morning i started to sweat even on a cool day,i started panicking as i was taken to the diagnostic centre,and i almost cried,but it was suchhh a relief after it was done😮💨😭 its alright to be scared of needles,its called trypanophobia and people often tend to have it,but nothing to worry about,they are expertised,and know their jobs well.❤

This is NOT the inchworm I was taught Lmaoo we had to walk our hands all the way out to see how far we got get our bodies to get parallel to the ground. This shit ain’t no workout compared to what we did lol
