not sure about this, but I've heard stomach sleeping is bad for blood circulation, breathing and the body overall. i used to stomach sleep but i changed to sleeping on my side and back (alternating when i feel like it) and it's more refreshing during the morning and I overall feel better. Sorry for the rant, but that's abt it. you do you tho! ps. it may also help with the neck pain :)

Hello. It's been a long time. You are as god is my witness, a life saver! I've been battling neck shoulder and upper back pain for months. The great news is my lower back is much better since the last time i worked out with you, it still bothers me now and then, but i've been maintaining it. That and all the other stretches you taught me. These past few weeks though its been hell upper back and neck wise. So i can't wait to try this when i get home! Truly thanks so much. Allow me to say you have been a major part in helping me overcome a lot of challenges these past few years. Im slowly but truly getting to the way i was and even better then i was thanks to the people who helped me every step of the way, and that definitely includes you sweetheart! Also i would if you don't mind i would like some tips on changing the way i eat too. So i was wondering if i can ask you for some advice on that as well. I ask this because i realise being healthy is about how you eat as well as keeping in shape. I would be so grateful to learn more about that from you. Either way thanks again you have my deepest gratitude. 💝😉

I love your figure skating videos and they are so incredibly helpful!! After watching your spin videos, I just finally learned how to do a scratch spin ( still perfecting it). Could you do some videos on some step/edge exercises? I have seen a girl doing an edge exercise with one leg lifted, but she could turn back and front again just by swinging her body. Just more exercises would be great. I also loved your warmup videos, super useful!

Hon I know you’re trying to fit a bunch of stuff in a short period of time but can we hold stretches for a little longer than a second? I had just barely twisted my neck to one side when it was time to twist it to the other
