Recipe For A 5.5 US Gallon (21 Liter) Batch:
9lb 2-Row
2lb Wheat Malt
1lb Flaked Wheat
8oz Carapils
8oz Munich Light
Mash 150f 1 hour
Boil 1 hour
0.65oz Northern Brewer 60min
0.5oz Chinook 30min
1oz Mosaic 20min
0.5oz Glacier 15min
1oz Sweet Orange Peel 5min
0.5oz Chinook 5min
1oz Chinook Dry Hop
1oz Mosaic Cryo Dry Hop
0.75 Northern Brewer Dry Hop
0.5oz Glacier Dry Hop
Mangrove Jacks M21 yeast or Wyeast 3944

Great brew day. I really enjoy it when you don't edit out all the little frustrations. Reminds me more of my brew days, lol. They rarely go perfectly. Dig the grain to glass format.

@@graintoglass I’m buying a brewzilla gen 4 shorty. In summer I’ll brew outside but during the winter months(Winnipeg) I will be brewing indoors and I’m concerned about condensation and smell

@@clintseys9782 Condensation shouldn't be an issue as it will only boil of 3-4 liters. Might cut down on the smell though. Cheers

Hey Brad got an idea for fucked up friday. After my last IPA I planned on trying my hand at hard cider. All good intentions of cleaning my SS conical fermenter but it was getting late in the day after packaging the IPA so I thought Fuck It. I just dumped 18 litres of apple juice into the trub mixed in some yeast nutrient an 11g packet of Voss stirred the b’Jesus out of it popped in the air lock and left it up the the gods of brewing. At 30c the kveik did its duty in 2 days. After bottle conditioning for a week “Bider” or “Ipacider an interesting very dry 7% brew and quite drinkable 🍻

Do you have a West Coast IPA recipe you can brew? Or your New Zealand DIPA?

Oooh I forgot about that new zealand one. As long as we have the hops in stock, I'll do it very soon. If not, I'll do a west coast, or maybe both.
