Debbie I can totally relate to liking sunflower seeds and looking for a recipe like this. Like Janet added Italian Seasoning, to switch up the flavor, I've seen I can add splash of Bragg's aminos (or soy sauce) which makes a nice, occasional, different flavor in combo with the sunflower seeds.

That's exactly what I have been looking for.🎉🎉🎆🎇 I tried other recipes. Some worked and a lot didn't. But that's the one I have been looking for to make sandwiches with easy steps and without psyllium I do not like it.Just great. Thanks Janet 👍👍🙂🙂

Cannot wait to try this. If i had seen this recipe written only, i would have assumed it failed. However seeing how you carefully used the knife to make a pocket gives me confidence to try this egg-free (using egg replacer). I will let you know how that works.

Hi Janet, Christ is risen! Would you happen to have any suggestions for a man traveling at long distances, like trucking? What kind of things could he take with him that may or may not last about 6 weeks? There’s fridges in the trucks too.
