Thanks heaps for the great video! I brought a bike that had been sitting for 3 years ! That wouldn't run . Had 3 blocked jets ! All fixed now thanks to you ! Cheers

HI.I just repaired the gasoline surface to 6.9 millimeters accurately and the bike came in order, circling through the lap area without jerking. Probably already factory adjusted too up

I’m having an issue since cleaning my carbs, bike would run for a bit then conk out more under load turn ignition off then on fuel pump does a long prime then starts fine but I can’t find a tank vent just the drain where should I be looking?

Hello mate, my RF when idle has irregular rev and I have two carburettors leaking. I want to open and clean everything inside. The only thing that I need for the carbs maintenance is 4 repair kits and some cleaning spray? Apart from the tools to open everything. Thanks in advance and sorry for some bad English.

Hi mate. Good set of JIS screwdrivers, cleaning spray and repair kits. Take your time, be precise and you'll be good

Help adikxx83! have you any solutions to an easy way to clean out my fuel system? I just started at the petcock which was full of a white chalky substance I'm not sure how many other components may be clogged but it seems as if the carb cleaners don't really disslove this stuff just short of manually doing it I thought maybe you would have an answer.

Sorry to see this bud but getting the carbs out and stripping them is the best way to go. hard way is the best way.. cause it works. Sorry for not having a good tip.

Stock setup is about 1.25 - 1.5 turns out. Modified carbs with dynojet kit is 2 turns out.

Adikxx you said that your main carbs have dinojets, did you feel any difference when you installed them.

Don't expect turbo level of performance but you will notice a little difference.

Lean mixture. If electrodes are whitish or even molten then engine runs too hot. Lean conditions i would imagine.

Hi Settings differed depending on the market bike was sold at but 1 and 1/4 or 1 and 1/2 turns out for stock bike is the usual setting

Czy w tych gażnikach są jakieś rurki z dziwną nzawą co mogą się przeierać z uwagi na leżące gażniki i powodować dławienie przy niskich obrotach ?

Hej Kris. Rurki w gaznikach, ktore wspomniales to tzw "emulsion tubes" To rurki przez, ktore przechodza iglice. W motocyklach w duzymi przebiegami dochodzi do lekkiego wydrazenia tych rurek przez poruszajaca sie w nich iglice . Rurki zaczynaja miec jajowaty przeswit co skutkuje tym, ze nawet przy opadnietej iglicy paliwo jest sie w stanie przedostac przez malutka szczeline miedzy iglica a scianka rurki. To dodatkowe paliwo zaburza sklad mieszanki(nastepuje lekkie wzbogacenie). Final czesto jest taki ze moto chodzi nie najlepiej na niskich obrotach(falowanie obrotow itp) moze sie rowniez dlawic itp. Najlepiej kupic nowe rurki w Suzuki, wymienic i problem znika. Alternatywnie mozna tez kombinowac starajac sie zestroic moto inaczej kombinujac ze srubkami paliwowymi na spodzie gaznikow lub podnoszac pierscien na iglicy o jedno oczko w celu jej obnizenia. Ludzie rowniez wrzucaja wysokoprzepustowy filtr powietrza albo modyfikuja airbox wiercac w nim dodatkowe dziury zeby zwiekszyc ilosc powietrza. Prawda jest jednak taka ,ze najlepiej kupic nowe rurki bo to zawsze dziala.

@@Adikxx jak możesz to pokaż na jakimś materiale gzie one są jak je wymienić i jak poustawiać przepustnice i inne pierdoły w gaźniku. Fajny materiał zrobiłeś. Pytam o to bo chcę zregenerować swoje gaźnimi gdyż strasznie spalanie mi wzrosło. Komornik włącza się przy 150 przejechanych kilometrach a na początku robił to przy 200 co i tak było stanowczo za szybko gdzyż podobmo na 21 litrach powinno się przejchać 300 km. Styl jazdy raczej mi się nie zmienił i gdzie można to te katalogowe v max idzie 😁😁

@@krispoland4452 Jesli chodzi o synchronizacje gardzieli gaznikow to mam filmik na kanale, zamiescilem go jakies 1.5 roku temu (instruktaz krok po kroku). Mam w planach zrobic material z ustawianiem mieszanki na "Colour Tune" ale z czasem cienko u mnie i nie wiem co z tego wyjdzie. Te rurki - "emulsion tubes (needle jets)" demontowalem je w najnowszym filmiku przy 09:58. To jest srebrna rurka z siwym plastikowym tloczkiem, wiec zobacz na filmiku. Wymiana to banalna sprawa. Ponizej wkleilem linka to schematu gaznikow z RF900 i to jest element numer 29 na liscie czesci. @@krispoland4452 Zanim zaczniesz inwwestowac w nowe elementy w gaznikach sprawdz czy masz plywaki ustawione na odpowiednia wysokosc. One musza byc ustawione na 7 mm. Jesli masz zle ustawiona wysokosc plywakow to bedziesz mial zla mieszanke i to tez spowoduje dlawienie i podwyzszone spalanie. Masz okopcona koncowke wydechu? Motor odpala na zimno bez ssania?Jest odronbine slabszy po nagrzaniu? Jesli masz cos z tych symptomow sprawdz najpierw wysokosc plywakow. Kolejna rzecz do sprawdzenia to zaworki iglicowe bo jak sa wyrobione to tez za duzo paliwa silnik bedzie dostawal. Zaworek musi miec gladki i nie wyrobiony(czarny) czubeczek ,jak jest wyzlobiony to na smietnik z nim.. Zaworek iglicowy(NEELDE VALVE) to element numer 43 na liscie czwesci(nie sugeruj sie cena na tej liscie , mozna je dostac tanio)

merely seeing a point of light is not sufficient to assure that slow jet is FULLY open, that takes probing with a steel wire about ten thousandths " in D.

The light was VERY visible and jets were FULLY open. Putting wires in jets is best way to make jets junk as wire can scratch the inner surface or even enlarge the hole in them. That will throw off fuelling.. Wires in jets = stupidity.

@@Adikxx balderdash. lad. ive been rebuilding bike carbs for forty years one would need to be especially brutal to enlaRGE a jet, seeing that the wire is smaller than the jet hole
