Fantastic recipe. Tasted like there were all kinds of herbs and spices in it even though there weren't. Made them in the waffle maker. On repeat at our house now.

We made them today, delicious! :) made some dip from greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and thyme, worked really well together

What’s the difference between rosti and hash browns is it just £1 extra

What he made are not rösti. Rösti are made with parboiled potatoes, not raw. They also do not have any flour nor egg so I believe these might be hashbrowns
