A lot of cooks are more professional or technical than him, (I Specially admire James MArtin for the versatility), but being able to cook at put out homemade non technical comfort food recipes is something JAmie does VERY WELL. What better thing than to cook for your family?

Ingredients 100g baby spinach 100g yogurt 400g tin chickpeas 200g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
2 lemons 1 tbsp peanut butter olive oil 2 carrots 2 apples 80g feta chilli sauce (optional)

Hummus is one of my staples. This dish is pure genius. Its got creamy, crunchy, these breads have pastry appeal, vibrant, colourful, zingy stuff in there, takes NO time to do, good for you, cheaper than chips, evidently delicious and the rest, I think this looks the business. Impressive. Nice one Jamie. ⭐👍

This looks 😋....and so healthy!....I've made Jamie's flatbread with coconut collab yoghurt and it worked brilliantly so just use that and leave out the feta (or use vegan cheese) for a vegan alternative! I'll be making this soon!

Been trying to find a video of the Moroccan flatbread from the Naked Chef days. Maybe time to revisit. I remember it had some chickpeas and cumin in it. That with minted bread sauce, and pork chops was incredible

Made this today was quite nice but the flatbreads need far more flour than the recipe suggests I think I ended up putting nearly double the amount and it was still a sticky mess that was hard to get off the worktop. Not sure it was worth the effort.
