I just can't stop smirking and laughing when i watch this

I've been making these for 3 years now, very easy but I usually have to cook them for a little longer than he says. if you don't they can be stickey and the nuts aren't as crisp. I think I use 12 minutes, stir then another 12. it probably depends on your oven.

I JUST made these and am waiting till totally cool to pack up for gifts for tomorrow (Christmas Eve). These are SO easy even a barber can make them! They really do look like some gourmet store gift. I used 4 cups of deluxe (no peanuts) mixed salted nuts so I left out the salt. They are delicious! Thanks so much Chef John!

Those look great, I do something similar for the holidays. I also love to make my version and add them onto salads along with some goat cheese. Yum!

I made these this holiday and they turned out great !! I wanted to make them more Christmasy so I used Saigon Cinnamon and ground cloves for the spices. I used Muscovado brown sugar, Ghee and water for the glaze. Perfect !
