As a graphic designer who also retouches photos, I can say it's going to cost her more money if she feels some of the photos need editing. She wanted money, not pictures.

Her husband looks like she told him "we're getting married, I'll let you know when it'll be" and he just said "okay".

The wedding book was wack. Two and three of the same photos on the same page? I certainly would not use him. That said, the plaintiff is lucky that the judge didn't rule against her because once she "approved" the work it should've been case closed.

When this plaintiff realize she now has the complete rights to all 500+ of her wedding photos to do with as she pleases I hope she is finally happy with the judgment and that Judge Milian is the best and was nicer to her than most judges would have been considering her attitude

The Judge went way above to help this Bridezilla and she'll one day look back and thank JM. Judge Judy wouldn't have done that,she'd say "well you received the service and approved the book your case is dismissed". You eat the steak you pay for it as Judge Judy has said several times! I made my own wedding book and a dear friend made me another one and I absolutely love them both! I think it's more fun to make your own.

In reality, how many people really look at their wedding pictures constantly. Usually, they end up in the closet for 400 years lol

First time I saw this Judge get harsh on the bride. GOOD!

JM really did make the best decision to ensure the bride got all the photos of her wedding and the ability to design the album and get her canvas portrait. Unfortunately, seemed like the bride wanted all her photos and all her money. Very greedy and ungrateful. I would've gave her part of her money minus the cost of the video and let the photographer take the album and all her photos. Maybe she'd learn to be more grateful when all her photos memorializing her wedding day are gone! She basically ended up with what she had because she was too dumb to figure out how to look at the photos in the first place.

I spent two years as a wedding photographer and it was the hardest job I ever had. These plaintiffs are ridiculous and nothing will make them happy.

That wedding book is tacky and why are some of them crooked.

The plaintiff's husband wanted the monies. It's her fault that she did not know how to use the computer and when she set this whole thing up I am sure that the defendant explained the format that those photos would arrive. You can not tell me that out of over 500 photos that she can not find 40 like the judge said.

They basically already have a copy of their pics, so don't want to pay for them anymore. Scamming couple. They deserve each other. They didn't deserve all of those pics. Usually they pay for only a certain amount of pics, not all raw pics. They basically got a huge benefit from them trying to scam him.

My best friend hired a photographer and she hated the pictures that the photographer took....I took lots of pictures of her wedding with a film style camera that was named the cameo for like $20.00...for part of her wedding present i gave her copies of my photos and she was in love...She and her husband both said we should have hired you instead do you want anything for the fees of your photos....I told her no because that is my gift to you guys....

That photo book looked like a 4th grade arts project. That being said, the plaintiff and the husband are cheap asf. I believe even if everything was perfect that still would’ve sued.

The defendant did not give a good answer as to why he had the same three pictures on some of the album pages. He put the book together. I'm sure at some point he decided just to slap the same pictures on the page three times and called it a day.

I think she did receive all the photos but when she said - I got them in Dropbox but they were little- I knew then…. She is not tech savvy. I am a photographer but I do NOT do weddings! 🎉

Dropbox is available on any internet connected device. Every photographer does some editing. Nobody gets 100 % perfect photos all the time..
