Thank you for your videos. It does help to listen to someone who is thoughtful and reflective who is also going through life’s struggles. Not everyone is reflective or able to analyse and break down issues as well. So I love channels like this that appeal to the deeper thinkers among us!

I always hope that you continue to post and share your thoughts, I often think about what you explained about that specific video which thrust you into the YT algorithm and 1000s lives+brains. I think it helps knowing we aren't alone dealing with mental issues, we just isolate ourselves into dealing with it alone. I think even posting your big video was a big and likely therapeutic step in and of itself

What this year made me realise is that nobody cares if you’re struggling. The world is becoming like a big competition and people will walk over you in order to feel superior. Hope you find strength in 2024 and that we both become better versions of ourselves in the future
