Thanksgiving Day flying 2022!

It was predicted to be a relatively calm day, a little chilly, but nevertheless Tom and I got out for some fun Thanksgiving flying! The Lanzo 1933 Cabin has been sitting in a box for over 5 years, I didn't even check anything, just wound it up and let it go, it's amazing they can sit for that long and maintain the trim, plus the Lanzo is just one of my all-time favorite flyers! Tom had some nice flights with the Ritz, I had one trim flight, but the battery plug came off after that.

I always look forward to you and your flying.... especially in the city. Nothing like the Lanzo and sirens on a T-Giving day with your skill.

Always great to dust off an old model and be amazed by how well it flies all over again! Great to see you back posting! Got to fly the old Hangar Rat at work during lunch, and keep forgetting how great these fly and how much fun to fly them they are! Tried the Night Vapor also, but had to go back to the Rat!

Thanks for posting! I am a huge fan! I have an FA Moth, rudder only RC ready to fly all inspired by your creations. I was able to get my Voyager to do about a minute with RC but it really wanted a bigger motor. I’m busy building an EZB but maybe if the Minnesota weather holds, I’ll give the Moth a try this weekend.

Nicely done, wonderful day to stretch out some rubber and fly. Would like to see your Dethermalizer fly again. I have one just coming off the build board.
