Please can you help me what to do when i have to travel with bus or airplane i get very nervous because the moment i start to travel my mind keep thinking that i need to pee even if i did 10 min before flight and all the road or flight i keep forcing myself to not pee :/

Apparently, you resist the 1st urge (it goes away after 1 minute) then go to the bathroom and empty to offset the next urge, and that's how you increase bladder capacity 🤔

does this also help if you have tight pelvic floor.

A tight pelvic floor would typically present as difficulty fully emptying and possibly reduced urine flow. Yes you can try combining bladder retraining with pelvic floor stretching (I have two videos on my channel on this topic).

I assume that for the 3 days you would have to drink roughly the same amount of fluid and at the same time each day. On gym days I tend to drink a lot more water. It would be difficult to drlay urination overnight, as you just want to go back to sleep.
