Loren Tikka~ I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! Truthfully, it isn't really about "coming down to a level"...my mind works rather simply. I have to simplify things for myself and the way I speak, is really how I think. But, don't tell anyone...;-) Ha!

Kellian h ~ I recently experimented with the Cutera Monoppot (part of the Juliet platform). It is a combination er:YAG laser and the downtime is minimal, if any. I have really liked the effects on acne scars, deep wrinkles, and skin texture. So far, I am really pleased with the results... Thanks for the great question! XO, Linné

Rebounding, can it sag your face and is it ok to bounce on a rebounder if you have face procedures done, such as Botox, filler ? Thanks so much?

Kellian ham~ I love this question. Truthfully, rebounding is one of the best, natural ways to stimulate collagen growth in our face (and all over the body) because it gently challenges each cell ( including every collagen fiber) with the right amount of stress. This stress causes strengthening where we need it. I, too, have filler and Botox (as you may have seen from my aesthetic videos here on this channel) and have had no issue. If anything, you are preventing laxity (sagging) of the tissue because you are strengthening the facial muscles and overlying tissues. One of my favorite moves is to jump with my feet kicking out in front of me, tilted back a little, and my mouth slightly open. This move will strengthen your neck and lower facial muscles. Wow, no mention was made of applying and re-applying SUNSCREEN everyday (year round). Per board-certified dermatologists, the number 1 cause of photoaging of the skin is sun damage (due to UV rays and visible light). Sun damage can also lead to early loss of collagen, volume loss, as well as skin laxity.

JT~ I appreciate the comment and could not agree with you more. My intention in creating this video was to touch on some not-so-obvious solutions for aging well as a contrast to what is commonly discussed in media. Despite my intention, in retrospect, sunscreen should have been mentioned in the skincare segment of this video. I have actually considered this multiple times since this video's creation. It will certainly be mentioned in future skin-related anti-aging videos, especially when discussing the basics as sunscreen is VERY important. I appreciate the input and your comment.
