Yes I just tried it myself, and I absolutely love it, I put cacao, pinch cayenne pepper, Maca , Cinnamon and maybe a little bit of maple syrup with some nondairy milk and hot water and it’s delicious

My Great Grandma lived to 93 and she would go pick her dandelion greens and steam them! As kids we used to turn our noses up whenever we went to her house to eat because it always smelled funky 😂 now I wish I could pick her brain!

Its my coffee replacement too and I use nut pod creamer and monkfruit sugar!! Monkfruit sugar will not effect your blood sugar or hypertension!🥰

I'm drinking a cup right now, my first cup. This is the most accurate review I've seen. It has the thin, diner coffee taste to it. I added a little creamer and sugar along with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg to mine. I'm going to wean off coffee using this. I can't stop cold turkey, can't do the withdrawal headaches and shock to my system.

So my boyfriends mom sent me a sample and I absolutely love this stuff! I ended up ordering a 2lb bag. Im just curious if any of the ingredients work to energize you? Ive been relying on caffeine for so long Id like to find a more natural energy source.

I feel like it gives me a little bit of energy, but maybe it's just the placebo effect because it reminds me of coffee (taste-wise). As far as energy goes, I really love matcha. It feels like a good, stable source of energy that lasts longer and isn't as intense as coffee can be. I have a recipe for my fave matcha latte (and some delish matcha nice cream) on my channel if you wanna scope it out. 💚

Dandelion greens are awesome also, go on line buy seeds and grow your own. Roots make coffee Leaves in salads or stirfry Flowers, use in tea or wine making, or egg, butter, flower, lightly stirfry. A weed that is super healthy, comes back. Add to icecream and make a coffee shake.

I have a different kind of coffee substitute where the company says I can reuse the grounds. I plan to do that in a cracker pulp recipe. Can you reuse the grounds with the Dandy brand?

I might try this. I’ve tried one brand of dandelion coffee and it tasted like dirt. I made my one and it smelled and tasted like chocolate, but it’s surprisingly hard to get your own dandelion roots. I guess because everyone is trying to get rid of them. So I might have to try this one!

I want to buy this on amazon but I see in the ingredient list that they removed the sugar beet. I wonder why Dandy blend removed it? I thought it sounds great to sweeten it with beets. How can I get the original dandy blend with sugar beets ?

Have you had Teccino? I like the caramel nut the best., have not had it for awhile. I have tried he Dandy brand at the organic market, I will ha e to try it again and not have so much coffee.

I completely replaced coffee with a simple instant chicory (10+ cups a day). It is made just like an instant coffee, tastes sorta like coffee, reduces acidity in the body, promotes gut health, and is full of goodness such as inulin. Incidentally got today Teeccino, brewed it and offered to a few friends as a blind comparison with plain instant chicory. Hands down simple instant chicory won. Reasons I was given: (1) Teeccino seems to be packed with flavors almost feels like it is unnatural, (2) it leaves sour aftertaste. Did not experience the same with chicory. facebook.com/thechicoryway I use the freeze-dried Ecologica chicory. Every time I go to Russia I bring a bunch with me and if there is too much for me, sell it on eBay. Not to make money, but for good karma ))

You can make it at home if you want but not the 'instant' dissolve in your cup kind... I like Celestial Seasoning's Roasterama which has the roasted chicory and barley, but it also has star anise, roasted carob for some chocolatey taste, and a little cinnamon-- and I also have roasted Dandelion Root tea (which has more of that chocolatey flavor) so all you gotta do is make a tea with Roasterama and Dandelion Root tea.

its different, its filling like coffee, has the dandelion undertone for sure but its naturally sweeter - probably bcz of the roasted beets? not sure but its very close to the typical tea but way better

This is straight from their website. *How can there be no gluten in Dandy Blend if it contains Barley and rye?* It does not contain barley and rye. It contains the water extracts of barley and rye, and that is a big difference. Gluten and Gliadin proteins are not water soluble. That means that all gluten and gliadin are left behind in the grounds, and get thrown away (usually composted). We test for gluten and gliaden using the ELIZA tests accepted by FDA and Health Canada, the results always show that there are less than 5 ppm of both in Dandy Blend. Standards in both countries are that 20 ppm or less is gluten-free. Hope that helps! ❤️

Thanks for the review. I'm looking for coffee alternatives. I hand carve spoons and many other things. Hooray for no metal in the mouth. On top of that, no noise. However, at approximately 3 grams of powder per serving, there is only about 0.1 gram of beet root extract, the source of the oxalates, per cup, making oxalates on a per cup basis almost nonexistent.
