I only added 3 to 5 kilos to my total in 3 to 5 weeks. But I’ll give this program another 3 to 5 tries.

Started it about a year ago. Was inconsistent at the start. Had a big break 9 weeks in due to low back issues. But I got back on and finished. Pr’d bench and squat but most of all dialled in form. Program got me focused on creating tension. Pausing. Control. Humbled me and gave me insight. Made me want to push a lot further and feel like I can. Now trying the ppl and getting more serious about lifting, programming, structure. I never tried a program before and this gave me a solid base. Instead of going to the gym cause I want to and hitting what I want, I went in with a job to do and it made me feel really solid. Strong base. It also made me want to get it done so I could have my freedom to do other exercises

Hopped on my first ever program this year 2 years into the gym and it's 5/3/1 lol, I have done 4 4 week cycles already and it works really well

Just started the 16 week for the third time in the last 3 or so years. Probably added 40-50 kg to my total from the time I start the program to the end every time I follow it. This time going through slight altering to remove a squat day as my quads do not feel like they once did, we'll see how it goes

@@yassersaidani5783 I’m currently on week 7 day 1. The high frequency the first block was terrible on elbows and recovery was slower. At week 5 I started to adjust to it and so far I noticed my strength flooring rising. Nothing too heavy planned yet in regards to intensity so being able to move weight paused at a lower RPE is good progress. Block 3 is when weight begin to get to higher percentages so I’m excited

I am weak so I go with mark rippeto SS and then practical programing to learn more later. I train deadlift Row insted og Power clean.. and push press not press so modified version of SS😅. But I think 3x5 works very vell at start, add 5kg- 2,5 kg , and now 1 kg each workout.

Yessir always , also not sure where you live but if happens to be winter and it’s 🥶 cold hit the sauna if your gym has one Hip on the treadmill for a few then dynamic stretching 🙆‍♂️ followed by your warms up sets

So basically, you're doing 6-10 sets and reps? Including warm-ups?total? If not, how many, including warm-up?

Guys is the program I download not complete? Because all it shows up for me is a data table that says Squads, Deadlift, and Benchpress and next to that ut says up to 5 reps. But thats literally the entire pdf

I ran the 8 weeks for about 3 months. I definitely got stronger and weights at 8-9.5RPEs feel light. BUT I could never hit new PRs. Not sure if it's because the program is geared towards my 1 rep max already.. I stopped running it for a while now due to that. Anyone got tips on how they manage hitting PRs afterward?

you got stronger... but no PRs? RPE 8-9.5 shouldn't feel light, that's why they are RPE 8-9.5 Add more weight to the bar so you hit PRs...

Can anyone explain how the plan works from week 12 to 15, it doesn’t give the weight anymore, and in the set it have some issue for me, e.g 1+2f, 1+ 2r

If you got zero understanding of the process, as a beginner, it’s better to follow something fixed and understandable, like 5by5,greyskull lp, gzcl or 5/3/1
