Hey guys! I'm El Cookerino and today I'll show you how to prepare delicious Quesadillas with Guacamole and Sour Cream in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients for two (Macho) portions:
For the Quesadillas: 3 Wheat Tortillas (You can also use corn tortillas) 200g Cheddar 100g Gouda 2 tbsp Canola Oil
For the Guacamole: 3 ripe Avocados 1 Lime 1/2 Red Onion 1 Tomato 2 Garlic cloves Olive Oil Salt Pepper Chipotle or Chili flakes 3 stems of Cilantro
For the sour cream: 60g Sour Cream 1 Chili
Furthermore: 1 Lime 1 Spring Onion
For the Guacamole, halve the avocados, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh. Add the juice of one lime. Finely dice the onion and tomato. Peel and finely grate or press the garlic cloves. Add everything to the avocado. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, then mash everything with a fork. Chop the coriander and add it to the guacamole.
For the Quesadillas, grate the cheese and put it on one half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla and fry it on both sides in a pan with canola oil. Then cut into pieces.
Put the sour cream in a bowl. Slice the chili pepper thinly and add it to the sour cream.
Cut the lime into pieces and slice the spring onion thinly. Arrange them separately and serve with the Quesadillas.
Kitchen Hack: Squeeze fresh lime juice over the Quesadillas. It adds a nice freshness and reduces the strong taste of the cheese a bit.
