Colorful vegetable salad with mustard dressing: in this video I show my super-tasty and healthy vegetable salad with crunchy tomatoes, tender mozzarella, refreshing radishes and an aromatic mustard-balsamic dressing. What a top combination!
Here the fruity, tangy note of tomatoes meets the creamy mozzarella and the crunch of radishes and crunchy pistachios. Rounded off with delicious apples and crisp lettuce, this salad plate is a true taste experience and a colorful treat for the eyes.
The great thing: Preparation is kindergarten-easy and can be done in no time!
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes (approx. 450 g)
1 ball of mozzarella
1 bunch of radishes (approx. 8-10 pieces)
1 apple
½ pack of lettuce (approx. 60 g)
2-3 tbsp pistachios
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard, sweet or medium hot
About 1 teaspoon salt
Some pepper
3-5 tsp oil
The super tasty and healthy colorful vegetable salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, radishes and mustard dressing is ready!
Preparation:
1. Clean and cut vegetables: Dice the tomatoes, dice the apple too or cut it into thin slices like radishes.
2. Drain the mozzarella and dice it too.
3. Sort the salad, wash it and, if necessary, spin it dry.
4. Mix the dressing made from mustard, balsamic vinegar, oil and spices.
5. Layer or mix everything in a bowl, taste and adjust the seasoning. Alternatively, roughly chop the pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, roast them in a pan without fat, sprinkle over the salad and serve.
Fresh, crunchy, creamy, fruity, slightly spicy - this salad is an absolute firework of flavors and the perfect solution for spring! It is wonderfully versatile as a healthy meal in between, a light main course or a fine side dish.
The whole advantage is clear: thanks to the delicious ingredients, the salad is prepared in a flash, but is also incredibly tasty and healthy. I guarantee you'll love it!
