NEW HERE?
Hi I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.
For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.
Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.
I’m happy to say that after be shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.
If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

I used fairly high doses of Serrapeptase and Nattokinase to remove scar tissue in my retinas that was caused by breakage of the tiny capillaries from abnormally large, deformed white blood cells caused by leukemia. The retina specialist who diagnosed the illness knew studies on the enzymes. He said after a year that there was absolutely no sign I had ever had scarred retinas.

Several years ago, I developed bad left shoulder pain. I'm a left handed tennis player. Being nuts, I continued to serve as hard as usual. Eventually, I resorted to searching on youtube for testimony from others with similar problems. Lots of folks were recommending serrapeptase. Dosage was unclear - one massage therapist took a lot of serrapeptase, but was able to smarten up without experiencing lasting ill effects. I began taking serrapeptase capsules first thing each morning. My shoulder pain slowly diminished during the first month and by the end of the third month my shoulder didn't hurt at all. I continued taking serrapeptase for a year. I stopped taking it and my shoulder stayed pain free, even several years later. I've recently resumed taking serrapeptase as well as nattokinase, in a belief that they were good precautionary supplements for a 75 year old gent like me.

Barring any medical conditions ie:diabetes, most people should eat the way our ancestors did which was probably OMAD. Hunter-gatherer existence was a time consuming affair. It basically balanced your consumption with the calories you burned due to the energy used in finding and cooking (or raw) your meal. If you continue to eat at the Golden Arches you'll find yourself at the Pearly Gates much sooner than expected.

My experience was phenomenal as well. This is so crazy. I have the same types of pain in my hands and wrists as well as sciatic neuropathy in my left leg and foot. I was desperate. I have been trying so many supplements without success for the last 18 years and was just too stubborn to give up. To tell the truth, I was afraid to admit that at last something was working. Honestly the relief I felt was experienced within the first 24 hours! I have been taking it for a week now, and, Wow, this stuff really works. I feel like I have been handed a miracle.

@@NansGlobalKitchen I am taking a Serrapeptase from Enerex the strength is 120,000 SU. The bottle states 60 mg. I take 2 tablets first thing every morning so my stomach is empty. I notice an improvement within the very first 24 hour period and was very impressed because I have been suffering with this back pain for many years and thought I had tried everything to get relief. I have also been researching the other two proteolytic enzymes of Nattokinase and Lumbrokinase. I have them ordered but have not tried them yet. There is a KZfaq video on what they are, how they work, and what they target in the body system. I understand that vitamin B1 in a water soluble form called Benfotiamine is also important because it helps the body use these enzymes efficiently. I hope it helps you as it has done for me.

i recently had a flare-up from severe COPD, i could not even sleep due to immense difficulty in breathing I felt i was close to dying. I started taking serrapeptase (Doctor's Best brand at 40,000 SPU) combined with a quercetin supplement every morning and night on an empty stomach (after taking it in the morning I wait for around 2 hours before eating anything). I kid you not, within about 3 days of following these morning+night doses, I have felt a very noticeable improvement - I am breathing better, can take much deeper breaths and I can do laborious tasks again without feeling out of breath. I plan to keep this going and get even better results. After combining this with zero processed food, zero carb (rice, bread, pasta etc) and zero sugar diet (clean meat and veggies only - because I noticed that carbs cause my chest to feel tight), my lung function has only improved even more. Serrapeptase + Quercetin in the morning and night worked for me.

@@meld302 well, i practice fasting… so when i wake up i immediately take serrapeptase + quercetin, and then wait about 2 hours before eating. Avoiding food is important as it prevents the stomach from producing too much acid, which makes sure the serra + quercetin makes it to your gut relatively unchanged by acids. Time of dinner doesn’t really matter, but before bed, i try to make sure my stomach is as empty as i can tell before taking serra + quercetin.

@grovermartin6874
@grovermartin6874 Жыл бұрын
SAIDA, why ever would they ignore such studies? Is the answer related to the fact that they were barely exposed to vitamins, minerals, enzymes, or other nutrients in medical school? Ask your medical practitioner how much nutritional information they got in school as part of their required course of study, then ask if they studied any nutrition as an elective. I have yet to meet ANY practitioner who had more than TWO HOURS of required study. Not two CREDIT HOURS, just two HOURS total. Can't speak for other states, but I havevbeen told by more than one MD in NY State that recommendation of vitamins and minerals outside of oncology was EXTREMELY disapproved of, and could cost you your license! That may have something to do with the fact that the AMA is based in New York, one MD opined. Just look for alternative medical practitioners in New York state...

I'm 67 years old and have had sciatica pain from 2 herniated discs for the last 25 years. I started using Serrapeptase 7 days ago and just had the first pain free day in all those years. I still can't believe it, I went to town and did my grocery shopping stopped at a few stores and didn't have any pain. Before taking this I couldn't walk 150 feet without having to stop to let the pain subside. It has been so bad that a couple of times I've had to sit on the floor in the grocery store. I normally take morphine for the pain but didn't have any. I told a few friends about it and said that I'm done for the rest of the day and go lay down and they fully agreed not to push it. I wasn't even taking it for pain as I added it to Nattokinase to dissolve a blood clot and what a pleasant surprise.

Thank you for this. I read about Serrapeptase a while back and procrastinated buying it because I'm sensitive to so many supplements. But I keep trying new ones. I'm not giving up on getting better. I wanted to try it and see if it would help my Hydrentis supporativa symptoms. After one week it already has. The hard bumps under my skin have gone down a lot and the swelling, itching, and burning have stopped. I also have fibromyalgia, arthritis, high blood pressure, and irritable bowel syndrome. I'm so hopeful now that I'll finally get some relief from these illnesses. I've also started a new high dose vitamin D supplement that I really like. And I bought chewable magnesium and chewable vitamin C. I'm also taking NAC for chronic Pleurisy pain. It's working too. I can walk and hike outside now without chest pain. One of my chiropractors sells me supplements and homeopathic remedies and he recommended the NAC. Also Quercetin which he said is a natural milder form of ivermectin.

Wow!!! I just found your channel, I am a lifer now! For about 3 yrs, asked drs. about serrapeptase 20 mg, 40,000 serratio units. They didn't know what it was. Didn't want to know. In 93' mva, fusion to cervical anterior, lombar spine. Brain surgery, hip . Pretty much glued me back together. I'm 30 yrs out and still very symptomatic. The product I have is from KAL and is 20 mg. This product expired 2020. Do you think the efficacy is still viable since the bottle has never been opened? Limited finances here. After listening to your video 1 in the morning 1 in the evening? No longer in a wheelchair and exercising as well as intermittent fasting along with apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning. Thank you so much dr. Stephen you are truly a godsend! I'm at a total loss about this products because of my brain injury I have difficulty trying to find anything on the internet. I'm sticking to you like glue, I believe that your words are solid gold and your attitude is Heavenly! Thank you thank you, God bless you and yours! My physician is holistic so she says and yet does not understand why I won't use drugs prescribed. Lisinopril is one, high BP cause pain . I pray by listening to your channel I can believe, light at the end of the tunnel... no more pain. Or at least less than I have!

I've been taking Serrapeptase for about a decade now and no problems with the maximum dose 240,000 units. I was originally taking 5 to 6 Aleve in the morning to be vertical. Bad knees!! I was watching a video one morning while having my cup of Joe and DC was talking about joint pain; knees in particular. He wrote the word on a chalkboard and I wrote it down. About 5 weeks of research I started using it. About three years ago I underwent my first knee replacement surgery and just before I was taken in for the surgery the anthesiologist asked if I was still taking Serrapeptase. My reply was yes. And he told me he had never heard of it had to look it up. And in the same breath stated " THAT STUFF IS AMAZING " I responded I know!

I worked with a woman who lived by the adage that 'if a little is good, more is better'. She was focused on ginger mostly and ate about 3 to 4 inches of the root every day. Her ability to process information was strongly impacted. She ended up signing away her house without getting paid for it while in the process of selling it. Very difficult to work with as you never knew what she was going to do.

Hi Stephen Cabral. So, serrapeptase actually gets into the blood and can dissolve proteins? If Serrapeptase were to dissolve a large plaque (say an old stabilized plaque for example) from the artery would this be safe? Sudden plaques bursting leads to thrombosis, but does serrapeptase slowly dissolve old plaques without leading to fatal thrombosis? What has the research found? Does Serrapeptase increase cardiac events in people with a history of CVD and heart issues such as these? Important questions to ask, as the #1 killer is CVD.

Don't know If this is an answer but when I was researching serrapeptace it said to start with small doses due to the possibility of stomach upset. Also try to find the coated version. So if you start with a smaller dose, in theory, it should not overwhelm your system and would dissolve the excess fibrin more slowly over time. Agreed more research is needed.
