All your vids are amazing, you teach me the missing link I felt so much I needed to add to my yoga and QiGong practice. I do feel that my lat hamstrings are quite dormant, so will keep working on them with this fascia stretch exercise, thank you so much! 💓

Hi Erin! I found this one so interesting! Would you expect the hamstrings to "wake up" after one time or is this an ongoing thing? Thanks! I hope this will help my squat:)

Hi Jill! Great question! I think it depends on each person. Some people find that can find the muscle better and it wakes up but still need to be strengthened. I think it might take some time, keep at it and see how it evolves. Thank you!

Always too much talking about, what before actual exercise. I say this about other demos for exercise too. So probably will not effect your style but point is, if doing exercise helps pain the viewer knows what works. If you suffer severe chronic pain people you know what is cause. Comes down to does anything change pain level. To know, you have to Do, eventually all causes become irrelevant for a lot of sufferers.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. But often times I get feedback that people appreciate the education because the work is so new. I am a practitioner that focuses on safety and the more I can prepare someone for the work then I trust that they will have their own unique experiences along the way and adjust as needed.
