INGREDIENTS for the dough (11 thin cake trays each 21 cm diameter)
150 g of honey
180 g of sugar
1.5 heaped tsp baking soda
1 Pinch of salt
3 medium-sized eggs
90 g butter
600 g of flour
some flour for dusting
bake each cake base for about 8 minutes at 180 °C (360°F) on a medium rack, without convection, in a preheated oven over high heat.
