Fish soup is a traditional dish of Portuguese cuisine, it is made with the bones and heads of fish in a way to reuse fish, and is made with a variety of fish or a single fish, the important thing is to have a good broth !
Ingredients List:
For the broth:
- Fish bones and heads (a lot) 1.5 - 2 kg
- Shrimp shells 100 - 200 gr
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 leek
- 2 medium onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 sprig of celery
- 150 ml of white wine
- 4 tbsp passata
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
Soup:
- 1 or 2 medium onions
- 1 tomato
- 1 red pepper
- 2 Tbsp of tomato pulp
- Fish soup
- Shrimp cut into small pieces
- Fish fillets
- Paste for fish soup
- coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Olive Oil
