I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. It's stressful when the narcissists are watching you. I had this happening to me my whole life,and this is the reason why l appreciate my privacy in my life and live a balance life without these narcissistic parents,siblings,so-called friends and the ex narcissist and the ex in-laws. You fed up with the constant surveillance of your life. Even when I was pregnant,you could sense the jealousy and watching what you eat and causing you stress. I feel saver in my isolation away from these narcissists. 😇💖🙏💎🧘‍♀️

If forgiveness is for myself shouldn't I be the one to decide if I forgive them or not? (Narcissist) which I never will because if pastors/preachers constantly push the narrative of " You must forgive, you have to forgive because forgiveness is for you!" but if a person chooses not to forgive then all of a sudden they're you shun them and label them as they're a horrible person or they're unhealed, angry, bitter, whatever you want to call them you want to shame them and belittle them because they choose not to forgive but if forgiveness is for myself and I choose not to forgive for myself why is that your problem? so truthfully forgiveness is not really like if we push that forgiveness narrative " Forgiveness is for yourself " but a lot of times people people push the whole forgiveness narrative in order to guilt trip you and just release and let go of what the person has done to you and act like it didn't happen or just bypass the damage it did to you because the lack of forgiveness is making them uncomfortable but how do you think the victim that went through trauma feels? Is forgiveness for ourselves or to allow perpetrator (Narcissists) to feel more comfortable? This is the question we need to ask ourselves! What we need to understand is the Narcissist doesn't like to be on the recieving end of knowing that they did something to someone else that did cause them harm and trauma and the person that they harmed does not want to forgive them for their actions because then that will make the Narcissist that had caused the pain and harm to really have to face the reality of the situation that the situation they had caused in someone's life was that horrfic/traumatic and they are capable of evil acts and that they this narrative that they're telling themselves is if " they're so perfect without flaws and they are so above the law is going to be contradicted because of how this person chooses to handle and respond to how they have been dehumanised or mistreated by the Narcissist! The Narcissist doesn't want to admit the fact that they really do are out here harming people deliberately and intentionally and just expect people to forgive them because they feel entitled to it but you are not entitled to anything including a person's forgiveness! Narcissists like to use forgiveness as a manipulative strategy to do whatever it is to people without any consequences. They don't see you as human! I have told the truth.

Forgiving them is a victim attitude. Forgive yourself by moving on. They are not real, only a hallow shell. They manipulated you into believing their false identity so they could control you and torture you. They are an evil entity sent from hell.

Actually, do forgive them, just don't forget, forgiveness doesn't mean being a door mat, forgive them then move on and live your best life. Marcus Aurelius said, the best revenge is to be unlike he who hurt you. Its good advice@@clock99times

I dont think my ex can watch me....I blocked him everywhere and my accounts are private. I dont believe he would take the time out to try at this point anyway. Im sure im only good for his smear campaign to whomever will listen....nowadays...thats the only supply he could conger up when it comes to me....i will never know....so glad Im to a point where I dont care....
