If you are looking to decrease neck pain, increase shoulder mobility, and feel more natural in your posture, TRY THIS! As I mentioned, your shoulders should not hurt while doing this. Modify your position slightly, but keep in mind that your movement is completely unique to you and how you feel in your body.

Will this hurt the shoulder area/pec tendon long term? Also how often to do this, couple times a day? Thanks!

Hey! So sorry for the delay! If you experience pain while doing this, modify your shoulder position, change how your body moves, or use less muscle contraction. If that doesn't work, you might need to find another approach to targeting this area. It shouldn't hurt the tendon as you don't go to end-range. If you find this works for you, I suggest doing it 3 x a week :) Good luck! Erin
